This dealership is wonderful, mostly became of my experience with Jacob!!! He is very welcoming and explains every detail of the vehicle, gives us time to say our thoughts concerns, let us test drive over 10+ vehicles in one day. And is then we found the one we liked which was a Toyota Corolla. He insured everything was good and made sure the mechanic on site re inspected the car. He gave us the best deal and worked with our insurance that was very difficult. Overall the car runs super good no issues what so ever. One thing I liked the most was how he texted us for two months to make sure everything was okay and following up with us. I would recommend this dealership only because of Jacob. !!!

I bought my car there less than a week ago I've already had a return it twice once because power steering fluid and it was leaking next because the check engine light was on and I lost power and the light that says that it's in drive was flashing which means that there's transmission issues when I asked them for a copy of the work they did on my car and they told me that I could not have it also I believe you're supposed to get a buyer's guide when you buy a used car they told me that they didn't have to give me one I wish I never bought my car there

I had a simple question about the insurance I set up for the car but when I texted Moe he started cursing me out and saying “I’m a grown man and I can handle myself”. He also said that “ I can’t deal with this xxxx” all because i wanted to see my policy number for my insurance. He started going off on my mom because he didn’t want to give me the policy number for the insurance. If you are interested in buying a car here i would recommend going with Sam.

Shout out to Metro Auto team and Moe! for helping my son out today with his first vehicle. Hands down, Metro Auto offers great selection of pre-owned vehicles in fabulous conditions! They're very competitive with prices in the market and I would say since, their prices are few thousand dollars below average market prices! Although, my son had no credit and every dealer we went to asked for a co-signer, Moe got him in the car he wanted with low down payment and affordable monthly payments. Thank you Moe! One of the best car experiences i've ever had! the sales staff was very friendly, we negotiated a deal, they got me the numbers i needed to feel comfortable - even thought i had a recent repo! i dont know how they did it, but its been a month since i bought my car - and i've had zero problems - love the car, and love metro auto! thank you guys for all your help! i will be back again for my second car here for sure!
