We were greeted upon are arrival and Bob helped us out during the process. We told him we have had so credit issues due to the economy and yet he took his time and showed us several trucks till we found the one we liked the most. After a test drive we made an offer and not once they mentioned anything about our credit unlike the place we had been to before. We are very happy with the truck and got a great deal. We will absolutely go back for our next purchase and recommend anyone looking to purchase a truck to visit them first. They have a great selection and straight to the point.

I was recently in the market to purchase a good, reliable, second car. I found what I was looking for at Dream City and then was pleasantly surprised to have an amazingly easy process to purchase the car I found. I worked with Mehdi (sales manager) and found him to be highly knowledgable and pleasant. I was treated with respect which does not always happen with single women and received top dollar for my trade in. The entire process was painless and professional. It was a great buying experience and I would turn to Dream City again if/when the need arises. I would certainly recommend them to my friends, family and colleagues. The facility was clean and everyone I dealt with was professional and polite. It made the entire experience very pleasurable for me - and absolutely no sales pressure!!

When i first bought a truck from them i drove it for three months when i realized the initial smoking problem that was suppose to be fixed was getting worse so when i found out the original problem we thought it was was not even close and was showing signs it needed a new engine, i thought they were going to give me the cold shoulder and tell me too bad and the long process would begin. Instead they offered to trade me out of it for another truck. It took a lot of work on both sides but they stood by there word and we came to a deal on another truck that i am very happy with. They were honest and tried hard to make it right. They have my respect and i would have no problem referring anyone!

Matthew was Outstanding: helpful without pressure, informed and informative - knows his cars and how to match buyers. We knew what we wanted (car for my Son) and what we didn't (a long afternoon of hassle and haggle). We were driving away sooner than my expectation. I WOULD GO BACK TO BUY ANOTHER CAR.

Well I had made a deal over the phone to purchase my dream truck. Had everything set up and was told over and over from numerous employees that the truck I was buying was in immaculate condition. It drove great but entire truck was covered in rust, should have disclosed that. Than looking more into the emissions and call a dealership who services these vehicles find out coming from the dealer word for word " there no way that truck will pass ca emissions" after asking the sells team about 10 times before coming up if it would pass the emissions which they assured me it would pass no problem. Than after finding that they tried offering me two other trucks for which were no were near the truck I came to buy. I spent 5 hrs on there lot and left being out 350 bucks in gas and hotel for which this lot was going to take care of but as soon as deal fell through didn't offer anything. They offered to put a clause that if truck didn't pass emissions they would come down and get truck but by the time they did that I was burnt and just not happy. If not buying local get a guarantee on the hotel and gas before coming up and make sure you get it either way purchase or not. DONT MAKE THE TRIP WITH OUT A GUARANTEE!!!! Told me call them when I was ready to buy I was indeed ready and they informed me wrong good luck to any out of town purchasers.

We went to dream city after leaving a nearby dealership where we less than satisfied to say the least. Bob was our salesman and he was super easy to deal with, very personable and was very helpful in showing us vehicles that met our wants and needs. He was knowledgable, easy going, and didn't waste time. He was a no pressure salesman and at the end of the day we walked away with a great deal and feeling satisfied with the service, the way we were treated and the truck we wanted, despite our low end credit score. We will definitely go back when we need a new vehicle in the future!

I had a great experience rami,frank,mehdi at dream city this past week they gave me 4 days to make up my mind on the truck I got. They got me the deal that I wanted and overall never really pressured me into anything I didn't want. So overall I recommend dream city auto to people looking to get a nice truck or car.

I was a picky customer who wanted a truck. It took me three hours to decide on the truck I wanted. The sales person helping me was very patient and very knowledgeable about all the trucks I looked at. They treated me with respect and were no pushy like most sales people. Answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Will be a future customer when my wife gets a car in 6 months. Great car dealership will recommend to all my family and friends.
