L & J Auto Sales

I do not have good luck with cars. Yet again, I needed to buy one. I'm not sure what directed me to L&J but somehow I ended up there looking for my next car and I am more glad than I did. First of all, there was no pressure on sales, which I really liked. They were very forthcoming with information about the vehicles. I found my car and purchased it from them the next day with a warranty of course because of my history with cars. And just my luck on the ride home and over the next couple of weeks I had a couple of issues with the car and called Larry to let him know right away. I was surprised to hear him say that he was going to take care of it even though I had purchased the warranty and he wasn't kidding. He fixed the first problem the first week after I bought the car and then I had another issue the following week which he agreed to have fixed as well. This isn't something that I expected and I'll be using my warranty from here out but I love his philosophy of doing business and I will be sending my son there to get his car in the next couple of months.

L & J is a small father-son dealership. Nothing fancy, no high pressure sales. Friendly, down-to-earth service. When I test-drove the vehicle, I noticed that the wheel alignment needed adjustment, and they took care of it before I took possession of the vehicle. Overall the vehicle is in very good shape for being ten years old with 162k miles on it. They said they are very particular about which used vehicles they buy for resale, and that would seem to be true based on this car.
