Timothy was easy to work with.

Timothy was easy to work with. He clearly explained various safety features of the RAV4 hybrid and how the gas engine works in conjunction with the cell. I never felt pushed into buying the car. Would recommend him to anyone interested in buying a Toyota.

Mr. Ezenagu and manager John provided expert information

Mr. Ezenagu and manager John provided expert information and guidance in our purchase of a 2025 Rav4 Prime. Toyota incentives and federal tax credits related to the purchase of EVs and PHVs have changed since we purchased our 2021 Prius Prime. We have been considering purchasing a Rav4 plug in for sometime. And were pleased that several were available for immediate purchase. The availability of the lease incentives from Toyota was an important factor in our final decision.

My wife and I found Chris while searching reviews, He was highly rated and our experience with him lived up to his reputation. He was super helpful throughout our selection and buying process, as was our experience with the staff at FitzMall. He was extremely patient during a very hectic time. He and the FitzMall staff made the buying process easy and seamless. He communicated regularly. Our vehicle, a Hybrid Camry, was delivered on time. We found the service staff equally helpful and I was very impressed with how integrated into the community the Dealership is and how they follow Green practices, all while respecting DEI practices. I am glad to recommend Chris and FitzMall to anyone interested in purchasing a Toyota vehicle.

I love that Fitzgerald is not a high pressure

I love that Fitzgerald is not a high pressure transaction. Chris Odene gave me his full attention and was able to find the Prius I wanted at an other dealer and delivered it to me in 2 days. He h as followed up with me and been very helpful.
