Service

I recently purchased a used 2003 Volvo XC70, that had a few diagnostic issues that needed to be verified and addressed. Peter Brown my Service Consultant took excellent care in assuring all the requirements were identified and quoted the replacement costs for the parts and Labor separately. He additionally offered free wash and vacuum service to top the Cherry on the Cone! I recommend Viti Volvo for any Service needs, and Peter Brown as your Consultant!

Always an excellent customer service experience.

One aspect of a company that I look for is consistency in their delivery of services. Viti Volvo, in Tiverton, Rhode Island, is always "spot on". This is what separates them from the competition. I was referred by a relative to Viti and they live up their outstanding reputation in every aspect of their business. I love my volvo s60 and they have been taking excellent care of it for me!

FIRST TIME VOLVO OWNER

\Easy buying process, great customer service, nice and clean show room and garage. polite and professional staff. I would recommend this place to others. The best thing is that I love my new volvo. You need to go to VITI and check them out.

Very Professional. Excellent Customer Service.

I've been driving for 50+ years and have purchased numerous cars over that time, but the sales and service staff at Viti Volvo is the best I've ever experienced. My recent purchase of an XC60 was such a delight that I am writing this review. Rick handled the sales end with great attention to detail. The paperwork, which can be a bother, was handled quickly, professionally and effortlessly. My wife's (who loves her Volvo) been trying to get me to come in. Now I understand why. Now I own a great new car and feel quite pleased with my choice of dealership. I recommend them highly.

Always top notch

Always easy and problem free when I visit Viti service center. Greg Flynn is very professional and so easy to work with. They are very accommodating when it comes to rides, loaners and available times. Couldn't be better !

Great service, friendly staff, clean facilities

Our service call which was facilitated by a new service rep named Peter Brown was handled efficiently and in a timely manner. He even had my car washed and vacuumed which I never had done on any of my previous Saturday appointments. Looking forward to having future service appointments handled by Peter!

I have leased many Volvos and I have brought them to be serviced at Viti. My car has been picked up and returned with all necessary repairs and/ or maintenance done in a timely manner.

good service, fully informed and advised

Was very impressed with customer service and handling of matter. Repairs took longer than expected because of delay in obtaining part, however with use of free loaner, no inconvenience created. Was fully informed throughout and no action was taken without my consent. Appreciated being not only advised as to what may be an issue in the car, but practical advice on whether the repair or adjustment could be avoided, and tips on how to proceed to alleviate or reduce problem in future. Was treated very respectfully and given much more information, voluntarily and without having to ask, about the vehicle than I typically receive at any other service department. All questions I had were answered directly. Peter Brown was my service rep and I would recommend both the dealership, and particularly Mr. Brown, with any service issue any Volvo owner may have.
