Told me breaks were serviced before i purchased vehicle. Spent 1000 on new calipers. Surely a mechanic of reasonable skill would have noticed this problem. Good experience with Sales.

Our trip to East Madison Toyota was a successful one! Our sales rep Steve Schmaling was very helpful! He was professional and knowledgeable but not pushy! A lot of times, sales reps can be quite pushy and ask a ton a questions not realizing their customers already know what they want and have already done their research. Typically the sales reps bring their customers outside to the lot to show them the vehicles. But because it was freezing weather and we had our 8 month old baby, Steve was kind enough to drive the vehicles inside for our viewing. It was very convenient for us! Not only that, we went into the dealership with a budget in mind. After throwing a bizarre offer at the general manager, Steve Wineke, it was turned down. They were firm with their sale price. At that very moment we felt a little disappointed that we were going to leave East Madison Toyota (for the second time) without a car. With some back and forth, John was able to give us an offer we were comfortable with! Overall, Steve and John were great to work with! It was a long process but it was a successful one! Jimmy in finance did all the paperwork and try to get us out of their as quick as possible. We left with a great deal and we were very happy with the service! Our children love their new car! Thank you Toyota!

From the minute we walked in everything was amazing. Salesman I worked with was extremely nice and helpful, financing went above and beyond, even the cars they offer are great. They not only fixed another dealerships mistake, but reinstated my faith in car dealerships. I will go here from now on and not waste my time anywhere else. Hands down BEST DEALERSHIP in town.

I called Trying to learn about remote for Sienna DVD player. I was sent to 3 departments, none of whom knew. Rather than say "I'll find it an call you back" they passed me from department to department. Then when no one answered and I called back, they wouldn't answer my call (yes, they have caller id). I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!

Bought one car from them, still having issue since bought it. Looking to buy another car, sales person never returned call or follow up. Very poor customer experience. Doesn't even have simple courtesy.

I have been coming here for excellent service for 10 years with my old Camry, which was purchased at a different dealership. So I thought I would check out their sales department and give them an opportunity to sell me a new car. All of the folks that helped us went out of their way to make our experience pleasant. I felt very comfortable with Tommy our salesman. He was not pushy at all. He helped me compare to the RAV4 & Camry with the plus & minuses. And gave me all the time I needed to decide what I wanted to do, with No Pressure!! He was great to work with! Also helped me program my 2017 Camry audio system exactly to my liking. And explained all the diffetent features of my new car. Rudy was also very knowlegable & helpful with the financing and the paperwork. All were a joy to meet & work with. Love this dealership I can't say enough of good things about it or Toyota!!

I just purchased a new Prius V at Madison East Toyota and am very happy with the entire process (and the car!) I was given a great trade-in value for my previous Prius V, the financing process was easy, and the finance manager/ sales specialist, Warren Brewer, was very extremely helpful. We discussed what I wanted in a new car, and he researched several options for me. Now that I am the proud owner of a car with everything I wanted, I know Warren is there for me should any questions arise. I know if I can't figure something out on all the dash display "bells and whistles" I just need to contact him, and he will explain it to me. Overall I am very satisfied with this new car purchaseand will gladly recommend this dealership. I also used this dealership for my last purchase and was equally satisfied with repairs, maintenance, and customer service.

I had the same vehicle for almost 11 years, a Chevy Impala, and thought it was time for a change. I have been interested in getting an SUV, doing a lease program, which suits my lifestyle, since I do not put a lot of mileage on. I seen the advertisement for the RAV4 and wanted to test drive one. I corresponded with a sales rep, JJ Flannery, through emails and set up a time. From the start of meeting JJ, who is such a personable, genuine nice guy, to test driving the RAV4 it was a great experience. I am now driving my 2017 RAV4, and loving it. I am so glad I chose East Madison Toyota, and had a great Sales Rep, JJ, to work with. So "THANK YOU" to JJ & Cory ( Finance Dept.) for working with me and giving wonderful service.
