Steven Born knew everything about the trucks and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I had left another dealership due to lack of knowledge. The pressure was not overbearing and the staff was all very nice and quick to serve.

Was Really Good Until..
Experience was great up to the time I picked up my car. $800+ service bill and you didn't think the car was good enough to give a wash in the way out. That was disappointing. Guess a 92 isn't worthy.

Fantastic Service, Exactly What We Wanted
I worked exclusively with Oscar L. on my sale. We had been eyeing a new Suburban for a while and been jerked around by a few other places (Keys, for example). I told Oscar what I needed and was looking for and he delivered. Not only did he find a vehicle that I was looking for, it had even more features than we were expecting. I know Sales Managers don't usually deal with the customers first, but Oscar was absolutely stellar, and exactly why we have bought 4 Suburbans with Community Chevrolet now.

Excellent sales experience.
It was very low pressure. Bob was knowledgable about the product and getting a test drive was easy to arrange. He also made the deal easy to understand and I wasn't hit with unexpected charges or increases. Overall I felt respected as a return customer.

Best Car Dealer Experience Ever
Friendly and clean atmosphere. Most of all, I liked the ease and steps of the procedures of getting a car. No hassle, no hidden cost, no negative surprises. Service experience
I only take my Malibu to Community Chevrolet in Burbank for any service or repairs. Always have a good experience. Everyone is very courteous. The waiting room is quite comfortable and makes waiting easy, from WiFi to the espresso machine. My usual service advisor Sam is always great. The text updates are very convenient.

A True Community Partner
I started working at Counseling4Kids in May of this year. We are not a large nonprofit agency, but provide a vital service in mental health treatment to one of Los Angeles County?s most vulnerable populations in foster children. In my role I am responsible for developing partnerships with corporations and organizations who can benefit the children in our program. There is never a lack of partners to pursue, and most people are open toward discussing a project but they are always looking for a marketing benefit that increases public perception of their dedication in the community. We simply do not have the budget to meet our partners? expectations. Community Chevrolet is a true community advocate. Under the direction of Wes McClelland they are purely interested in partnering with nonprofit organization?s and are not looking for added benefits. I could not be any more thankful for my partnership with Wes and Community Chevrolet. Recently they partnered with us in our gift drive. On an annual basis we work with community partners to ensure that each child in our program takes home a gift for the holidays. Our goal for this year had been 1,200 gifts. Without the support of Community Chevrolet we would not have made our goal. I?m confident that this is the first of many projects that I will partner on with Wes and Community Chevrolet. Wes has created a culture of employee involvement.
