Drove in from Maryland this past week, probably not a

Drove in from Maryland this past week, probably not a good idea because of the weather. When I arrived there was snow everywhere and BOTH handicap parking spots had new cars parked there. Me a senior citizen and veteran with handicap plates! What does that tell you about this place? I asked the front desk if I could get help and park my car there. One of the salesman tells me this was private property and they put cars there. I suppose a letter to the Koons Company and the Falls Church Police may educate this very rude and disrespectful staff.

Good morning.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering a used car

I strongly recommend that anyone considering a used car purchase avoid Koons. Within 1,400 miles of buying a 40,000-mile vehicle, I had to replace the engine. The independent shop that performed the work showed clear signs that the engine had previously been opened and that parts were missing—indicating Koons was aware the engine was a problem long before the sale. I reached out to management, including Sulaiman Ahmad and Alex Atanassov, and received no response. Once the sale was complete, the dealership showed no interest in customer service or accountability. Based on my experience, Koons appears focused solely on moving vehicles off the lot, not on selling reliable cars or standing behind the products they sell. I would also avoid their repair shop given what was uncovered during the engine replacement.

I have two vehicles that I purchased at Koons Ford in

I have two vehicles that I purchased at Koons Ford in Falls Church. In September 2025, I took my F250 there because it has the ongoing BLIS problem where the BLIS constantly issues false oncoming traffic warnings. Some warnings are as if I am pulling a trailer, which I have not done in many years. They pulled some data, charged me over $250, and sent me on my way with no repairs. The BLIS warning system on older F250 trucks is all over the internet; however, they pulled some data, did no repairs, charged me as above, and sent me on my way with no BLIS repairs. My truck still issues a BLIS at every intersection, as well as other potential cross traffic situations. I still need some help with problem, which other owners have also posted on the internet.

I bought a used car that despite having a Virginia Safety

I bought a used car that despite having a Virginia Safety Inspection earlier the same week - had extensive rust on the undercarriage body, frame and suspension mounting points including through-holes that had been covered over with thick truckliner spray. This was discovered during a FAILED Maryland Safety Inspection and Koons staff has refused any accountability.

I took my 2019 Ford Escape for routine maintenance, plus

I took my 2019 Ford Escape for routine maintenance, plus my AC was not working. DeShaun was my contact person. He kept me updated about the necessary repairs and found discounts where appropriate. He was professional, friendly and customer satisfaction was his main goeal. I am going to ask for him in another 5,000 miles. He was fantastic. C Hobson

I had a bad experience with Koons Falls Church and will

I had a bad experience with Koons Falls Church and will be returning my vehicle to them. We had an issue with the vehicle the day we picked it up and couldn't get anyone from the dealership to respond or take any responsibility for it. This has been going on for over a week so I feel uncomfortable keeping the vehicle any longer. I will not be purchasing with them in the future.
