Bought a new car.
Bought a new car. The car salesperson was awesome. First, I called to check the availability. It was in stock; 1 hour later, it was sold and he called me to let me know. Thats okay because that car was heavily discounted. I contacted him again for a car with higher trim. Over the course of one week, he worked with his manager to get me the best deal. I bought the car the following weekend. The car salesperson showed great patience, treated my family with respect and kindness. The dealership paperwork process was straightforward. No headaches. I finished in 1 hour.

I was a Koons Customer prior to this purchase just different store. Koons Tysons Corner had the Equinox I specifically was looking for, put in a request and Ky Hymes was the salesman who contacted me. He was super kind, knowledgeable and to point. Josh was the Sales Manager and he was just as friendly, to the point with pricing. Gabby was my finance manager for the deal, she also was super friendly, knowledgeable and was even able to convince my dad to buy some kind of warranty hahaha - they were all top notch and made my buying experience quick and easy!

My 2024 Corvette Eray is regularly maintained by Koons. The service department is exceptional especially my service advisor, Carlos. He contacts me on a regular basis to inform me the status on my car which is most appreciated. Overall the service department is excellent and efficient. My car is never there anymore than it needs to be. Koons is my Chevy dealership of choice in the NOVA area.

We had a surprisingly (for me) good experience at Koons Chevrolet. Our salesperson Abdelilah was not pushy at all but informative. We never felt rushed, something that bugs me at a lot of car lots. Would definitely visit again.
