The sales person (David Alcala Jr.) was very professional. He answer all my questions with extreme knowledge of the vehicle that we ended buying. He made our shopping a pleasure and without any hard sales tactics. My wife and I were very impress with him.

Toufiq, my salesman, gets a 10+ He was very professional and accommodating. The only reason I give them a 9 was due to the 'up selling' in the finance dept. Mine was an cash internet deal, I agreed to one price before I drove an hour and a half to the dealership. The 'dealer added' was not included in that price.
