I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle with this

I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle with this dealership. Albert was incredibly accommodating and always timely in his responses throughout the entire process. He made sure I had all the information I needed upfront, and once I arrived at the dealership, everything was seamless and quick. The process was efficient, and I never felt pressured or rushed. Overall, a smooth and professional experience — I’d definitely recommend working with Albert if you’re in the market for a new vehicle!

Just got my CPO VW Atlas from King VW — Albert Kliaz was

Albert was a really fantastic salesman.

Albert was a really fantastic salesman. We ended up leasing a car and he explained the process well. He was patient at answering questions about our first EV car. He helped us save money in the end. Albert is very likeable and efficient in the sales process.

I worked with Kevin and preferred him over any of the

I worked with Kevin and preferred him over any of the other dealerships I stopped by. He was up front and knowledgeable and cared about my long term happiness in my next car. King wasn’t able to get me to a price I was happy with so I purchased elsewhere but everyone there seems to be competent which is more than I can say about some other dealerships.

They are either incompetent or using slimy sales tactics.

They are either incompetent or using slimy sales tactics. Either way I would never do business with them. Working with one of their salespeople I received a quote I negotiated down to an acceptable price for me, being VERY clear I was talking about out-the-door price (includes taxes and all fees). The salesperson confirmed multiple times that the price offered to me was an out-the-door price including all taxes and fees. Upon coming to an agreement the salesperson told me they needed to double check everything with their manager and then we would run the paperwork. 3 hours later I still hadn't received a returned call, so I call the salesperson myself. It turns out the sales manager had made a "mistake" and "forgot" to include sales tax in the price I was quoted... an additional cost of around $2,500. I understand that mistakes happen, but I'll tell you why I don't believe this was a mistake: The price of the car (with no fees) in the initial price breakdown I was sent WAS LOWER THAN THE OUT-THE-DOOR PRICE WE AGREED ON!!! You would have to be an absolute moron to think somebody would negotiate the price HIGHER than their initial quote. Let me say that again... we agreed on what was supposed to be an out the door price that was higher than the MSRP on just the vehicle in the initial price breakdown (I would have been saving roughly $3k off the intial quote after taxes and fees) then the manager says they weren't including taxes in that figure... I mean you have got to be joking me... People don't negotiate to pay a higher price... It's simple logic. You can draw your own conclusions, but I did not end up buying my car here and recommend you don't either.

Do not buy a car here.

Do not buy a car here. This dealership represents all the reasons why people dislike car salesmen and hate the car shopping experience. Manipulative negotiating tactics. Wasting your time. Condescending. Dishonest. Bullying. Deceitful pricing. You may get a car here, but you will have to play the game to not get ripped off. And it will suck! I called in advance and made an appointment to test drive a car. I get there and have to wait over an hour before I have to threaten to leave to just get the test drive. I found out that during the hour I was waiting, their finance team was getting approval for a car that was double the price! A car that they NEVER asked if I was interested in. A car that I did not test drive. And if they had asked, I would have told them NO. It was the wrong transmission, size, and price. And, can I say that the personnel was just slimy. All of them - admin, sales, finance. I spent 20 years selling people as an HR recruiter and have degrees in business and social and behavioral science. You DO NOT have to treat people this way to close deals and do good business. Imagine all the ick that goes with prejudice - age, gender, race, class, socioeconomic status, etc. Of course this was all perceived on their end which made it feel like a clown show. I did end up purchasing the car because it was a unique manual transmission, but it was xxxx. Although I like the car, I never feel great driving it because the purchase experience was TERRIBLE. Take your money elsewhere. Don't support this business.
