DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Sales team has zero integrity and doesn’t care about the customer AT ALL. Horrible experience. I bought a used car from them. I noticed they only replaced the rear brake pads during the inspection. Asked them point blank when negotiating why they didn’t change all four and they said “the front didn’t need it.” One month later, I receive a notification on the BMW app that I need to replace the front ones. The sales team refused to do anything about it. Not even comp the labor. “You bought a used car” was their answer. They wanted to charge me $500 to replace them. Quotes from numerous other mechanics were $250 or less!! Worst customer service. They’ll just take your money. I plan to buy multiple other cars in the coming months for my business, but would NEVER consider buying another one from here. Recommend going to any other dealership except this one.
