I Come in for my regular oil change. I did ask if there was any coupon for a discount. The staff member find one online an apply to my bill when I paid. Very helpful. Also, they took my car though the car wash. Was nice to have it cleaned when the car was ready for pick up. Thank you.

Love our new car
The staff was so nice. No pressure. Helpful to find what we wanted and did not try to sell us something else. Left feeling like the deal we got was fair. Mr. Kaci gave us an excellent demonstration of all the technical features.

Best service friendly atmosphere.
Our salesman was very educated on the car we asked numerous questions about. He was very polite and wasn't to pushy. I have never even shopped Toyota before the day we bought ours and based on our purchase, my business is Toyota for life. Our finance lady was absolutely amazing as well. She made us feel for the 1st time that your place really cares about our purchase and not just after our money and hurry us out the door. I've never felt good about spending money till we went to Jim Norton Toyota. Thank you guys we loved it.

Great Service Department
