It is a rare occasion to find such a strong combination of professionalism and positive concern for the customer. Gene Simmons is such a person. He truly cares about what he does and how he treats people and it shows. Gene easily exceeded all my expectations. He quickly understood what I wanted in a vehicle and the price point and worked diligently with me to meet that. He is a real tribute to the standards of excellence I am sure his management expects of everyone at Williams Buick. And with Gene, it comes from within him. I never got the impression that he needed to be told how to operate. He's a natural! He is a great pleasure to work with ... again it seems to come so natural! Thanks Gene!

Lori Turner ... what can I say!?! In the service department, there are the good, the best and "then-some!" Lori is clearly in the category of "the best and then some". She's no muss, no fuss, just a straight up, clear-eyed concern for meeting your needs and doing it a way that minimizes the financial. I have so much respect for this lady. Williams offered us outstanding service while traveling from Virginia to Florida on December 7. Your service manager, Lori couldn't have been more accommodating. Our bad wheel bearing was replaced expeditiously. Our wait time for repair service was minimal at most. My own dealer should take lessons from williams and staff.

Bought a 2011 Infiniti QX56 sight unseen from Gene Simmons. Talked with Gene over several days did not have time to drive to Charlotte asked him to review the car test drive and get back to me. He did so in a timely fashion sent more photos and the car was exactly as he represented it. Gene took care of all the paperwork and had the car delivered to Charleston South Carolina within 24 hours.service was above and beyond!! Dealing with Gene was dealing with somebody I felt like I knew for years not your typical car salesman at all!! I highly recommend him.
