Williams Buick GMC

So I took my truck in for a vibration(like on a rough road) at all speeds. So they said could not duplicate it. And then was told I just don't understand DFM on trucks lol so I left and wrote a review they had me come back in again and even had me drive same truck as mine and I did not feel the vibration so they took truck back and said all 4 tires are out of balance ok I accepted that and they rebalanced tires and said should be good well it's not, still same issue and turns out because I have 27k in 1.5 years truck value will put me upside down so I am stuck with a xxx truck although but love GMC trucks. Just very disappointed. But sales team and Cam are amazing they always say hi to me and talk when I'm there for oil changes but at this time I have to say I would stay away.

Buying a vehicle is usually exciting until you have to deal with the dealership. Not so with William’s! They are professional yet personable, responsive, answer questions thoroughly, and were never pushy with sales tactics. The facility is clean and welcoming.
