Mr. Wally was extremely helpful. He made sure I knew about everything they were doing to my car. The maintenance team did great and quick work. I was waiting for at the most maybe an hour. Couldn?t be more satisfied about my experience at Bert Ogden service department.

Great customer service, respected my decisions. They gave me everything I wanted in my car. Got my car cleaned and they were really friendly. They did make a mistake on my numbers and got me upset but they fix it.

I went in to ask a question about my battery if it had warranty how can I find out and then they asked where my car was at I stated at work so right away they gave me the number to roadside assistance to bring car to dealership .I called they asked a few questions and car was brought to dealership .as soon as car got there they took care of me right away. They looked into the warranty put battery in I was out of there within 15 min .I was so satisfied with the service and this was the first time I had ever used road side assistance Waldo was so helpful and friendly and did everything possible to keep me satisfied
