Excellent attention, Honest dealership.

We were treated excellently, we did not have to wait, it is a very clean place, and with all the necessary protection for the situation at the moment. Our sale man Robert "Bob" Schneider, assisted us very kindly answering every question we had. Communication was always immediate, and in what he could not answer to us, he referred us to who if he could do it, who also responded quickly. Everything they told us we could get was really like that. It is the 1st time we have experienced honesty when buying a car. We are very grateful for the efficiency, kindness and honesty provided.

Sales person Bob Scheider was very pleasant and knowledgable. His mode of operation, as was mine, an old fashion hand shake. The car I bought happened to be in stock.

Excellent service at Rick Hendrick of Charleston

I recently had a very positive experience when I took my S60 Volvo in for a servicing at Rick Hendrick Volvo of Charleston. Courtney Fisher was the service representative who helped me and she was excellent in every way. She was competent, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I really appreciated the service that she gave me. I also received an email with a video made by the mechanic who worked on my car showing me what he did and explaining the work as if was done. I was very impressed with that. I am very happy with the service I received.

A dealership that respects female customers

This was my second purchase from Robert Schneider at Hendrick Volvo of Charleston. He is friendly and professional. As a woman, I feel I was treated fairly and with respect when I bought my first Volvo without a man accompanying me. When I had an issue, he did what he could to make me happy. So, I called Robert when I was considering a newer vehicle. I had a man along the second time. Robert still treated me like a customer. He did NOT direct all his commentary and questions to my husband. Phillip McCabe set up my financing for both purchases and I have no complaints. He treated me in the same friendly, respectful manner. I love the service department, too. Clean, efficient, and again, I don’t feel like anyone is trying to bamboozle me because I’m a woman. The team at Hendrick Volvo will stand behind their excellent product and do everything they can to ensure your satisfaction.

Oil change and tire patched

My experience with Evan Fabian was very pleasant. He was friendly and he made sure that all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. When I took my car in for service Evan took care of me quickly and had me in a loaner car and on my way within minutes. I would recommend anyone to see him when they go for service. Thank you Evan!

Professional Customer Service

Hendrick Volvo of Charleston has always handled the service needs on my 2013 Volvo. Courtney Fisher, my service agent, is always friendly and helpful. She listens attentively to my service needs and clearly communicates my expectations. I’ve always had a positive experience when dealing with Courtney. When I first bought my volvo, the salesperson handed me Courtney’s business card and said “ if you need service on your car, she’s the one to call - she’s the best”. I agree. I was also sent a video from the technician who went over the inspection and suggested the items that needed fixing now and those that could wait until later. That was unexpected and appreciated. Great service at Hendrick Volvo of Charleston.

Hendricks Volvo Charleston comes thru every time

Hendrick Volvo of Charleston comes thru every time for my service needs. 1)Love the printed reminders with discounts mailed to me when service is due. 2.) Service advisor Courtney Fisher & team personally answer all questions, makes the decision process easier for the client. 3) New Video inspection of vehicle giving step by step & description of items needing attention. Great addition since my last service. With Courtney there to review the inspectors notes with Me I felt confident about my outcome.
