I brought my vehicle in for a recall and some small issues, on Thursday, 03/13. I have since been unable to reach the service representative, Carson, despite leaving multiple voicemails. This lack of communication is unacceptable.

Be absolutely sure you read every single word on every
Be absolutely sure you read every single word on every peice of paperwork the ask you to sign. They tell you you have a 30 day warranty on your used vehicle and the there is a problem and they tell you, sorry sold as is.

My wife and I bought a new 2024 Hyundai Elantra Tuesday
My wife and I bought a new 2024 Hyundai Elantra Tuesday of last week. The salesman Michael Smyers in the sales manager Adam McRae we're both courteous professional and very helpful. Once again thank you for your assistance. I can only hope the service department acts in the same manner as those two guys. Again thanks for your help

The words I would use to describe my experience with
The words I would use to describe my experience with Daytona Hyundai are manipulative and strategic. I was told multiple times that Hyundai was paying off my existing car loan. Therefore, I didn't even discuss trade in value. My car was in rough shape but I have gotten trade in appraisals varying between $2800-3400. (One of which was from the Daytona Hyundai website, quoting $3372 for "rough shape," which is defined by them as "several mechanical and/or cosmetic problems requiring significant repairs.") Unfortunately, I didn't catch what they did until everything was signed and done. Their way of "paying off" my existing loan was to increase the sticker about $4300. Which, still was more than my existing loan. When I reached out to my sales person, she said that she thinks I got about $500 for my trade in. I expressed how unhappy I was that I really felt like I got taken advantage of and all I got was, basically, sorry for the misunderstanding. I would've never accepted that and it was never discussed. She acted as though my monthly payment was more than originally estimated because of interest rates, but it seems, it's because I'm paying $4300 more for the car than the sticker price. They have me for 3 years but I will never step foot into that dealership again. I've had wonderful experiences with RChill Mitsubishi in DeLand and should've followed my gut but I really wanted a Hyundai Tuscon. Hopefully, I can stop someone from making the same mistake I did.

The worst! Once the sale is closed, you will get no help from these folks. They refuse to take their warrant responsibility seriously. Once they have your money, they have no interest in you or the problems with the product they sell you. Toss your money in the ocean; you will have more fun. Obnoxious and confrontational.

I waited months for a vehicle to be delivered from this
I waited months for a vehicle to be delivered from this dealer just to be told I couldn't have it in the color I wanted and then a markup was added after I was told they could get me at a price lower then MSRP. Do not waste your time here.

i do not have customers info to try to get more info from them. We do not have any customer that was waiting for months that management knew about. In situations where we do not have the vehicle in stock, we do a search, find the vehicle at another location, then trade with them to get our customer the vehicle they want. The process start to finish never takes over 48 hours. Please contact General Sales Manager, Charlie McHale, if not for anything else but to see where the process got messed up. Thank you. Again, waiting months on a vehicle is not something that happens.

Absolutely horrible dealer, stay FAR FAR away. In my two years of vehicle ownership I have not had a single good experience with this dealer. Consistently booked out and service advisors that do not update you with your vehicle status. I tried to get a item warrantied on my vehicle and it took them over a year to order the required part. I subtly brought this issue up to an employee in the parts department and they took care of what the service advisor team couldn't. The mechanics cannot do their job, arguing about what oil type the manual says, and not understanding basic automotive electrical systems.

Buyer beware sales manager still uses bait and switch method on price and treated me like I was a lieing even though a had a text. Then he started to debate the word if with me.

Five star review ALL the way! I’ll start by letting everyone know that I am NOT the easiest consumer to deal with, especially in the car buying industry. I purchased TWO vehicles from Daytona Hyundai in the past 10 years, the last one just weeks ago, and this sale by far was the most customer service oriented and detailed I’ve ever encountered in my 10 new cars buying history! xxxxxxto Dani on her diligence on follow up, sincerely listening to my wants and needs, and to ALL of Daytona Hyundai for their efforts. I purchased a car that none of us were aware had a bit of body damage (as it was in detail throughout the sale), guess who had all body work completed, to near perfection, to satisfy their customer?!? Dani, and all of Daytona Hyundai! This is what I call a team, and customer support, resulting in 100% satisfaction! Thank you, Dani and team!
