Ladd was our sales rep from Century and helped to make the buying experience easy and painless. We were looking for a truck that had a lot of work years left in it, and found it only at Century.

Alex was very helpful, and Cheryl made the paperwork effortless.

I purchased a flight from Washington to purchase a truck that was promised to be sound. I placed a deposit and had completed all of the paper work except for signing. When I got to the dealership, I was told they need to fix an injector. I had to purchase a hotel and wait, then the following day the rep. Mike D. told me that the engine was blown. He then teased saying we were lucky he did not change the injector and send us on our way. I viewed several other trucks on the lot and ALL of the trucks had the check engine lights on. When I went to the shop to see another truck, the mechanics were burning tread into balding tires. This place was extremely inappropriate and unhelpful! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE HONEST! The manager was unhelpful and did not care to discuss what had happened. This facility is not honest and will do anything to take your money.

I searched through other online auto sales sites the previous weekend, and none of them had what I wanted like Century. Granted, it's a smaller lot, but Marco (my salesman) was courteous and professional, and knew quite a bit about the truck I wanted, and after a test drive, I knew I had found my next vehicle. The process for financing was painless and very easy, and they actually offer different options for financing should you need it. If you are reading this, do yourself a favor and check out what they have. Don't dismiss their selection just because this is a smaller lot, you might just find the perfect truck.
