I was pleasantly surprised when Milad took the lead in my purchase of a fairly new, but used Infiniti. He understood my concerns, my budget and my angst. He was able to make happen what seemed to be turning into an arduous situation. Malik, as well helped me to understand the mechanics of the car since it had been 20 years since I purchased a car; and the mechanics have vastly changed. They were pleasant, kind and efficient.

Follow up service needs vast improvement. General Manager made an effort to correct the experience afterwards. Customer service and product training is highly recommended. While employees’ jobs may be exhausting, the customer is looking for a pleasant experience especially while having to spend a lot of money.

I had a very pleasant experience buying a used Nissan
I had a very pleasant experience buying a used Nissan Leaf a few days ago. Terry Greer was upfront with the numbers for purchasing the vehicle and made it easy to proceed. Kayla, the finance officer, also was excellent in finding the best loan. I am very happy with my purchase. I appreciate them and glad to know there are reputable dealers. And so glad to be helping the environment by going EV with an affordable vehicle. Thank you both Terry and Kayla.

High marks or Coleman Infiniti
I would give Coleman Infiniti high marks in every category but two stand out particularly: first the personal service I received from Enrique was very welcoming and informative. And second, I was in the market for running boards for my QX60 and he was quick to find and order just the right ones for my car and have them installed in less than a week. I also like that he remembers me and uses my name when welcoming me.

Simply wanted a diagnostic check(quoted $195) on my
Simply wanted a diagnostic check(quoted $195) on my Infinity. They said my recently replaced starter failed after they started the vehicle and drove it into their shop and they could not diagnose my original problem until I paid them $2,500. for the starter. I said no thanks, now they won't release my vehicle unless I pay the diagnostic fee, a service they admit they cannot perform. These people are the stereotypical dealership thieves. Please go elsewhere unless you have money to burn!!
