Let me first off start by saying that I had a wonderful experience with Patrick Anthony as a salesman at WI Simonson Mercedes Benz. I love my new car! Patrick was honest and extremely helpful. He was not pushy in anyway, and had a great deal patience and knowledge about the 2 vehicles I was interested in. I did not expect such great customer service, and I have never met a sales person of any kind who was so accommodating and as honest as Patrick. I went to purchase a car after work, I took an uber and did not want to waste time haggling or waiting around!!! Patrick was a true gentleman! I got a terrific deal and I love my new GLA!!! I purchased my car here, but would not recommend it to friends and family. After I purchased my car and wanted to cancel my extended warranty, I got the run around for a very long time and it was finally resolved after 3 months. I recently took my car in for service for an oil leak and it was completed after 2 weeks. I did like my service advisor, Tim Seigel, who was very nice and responsive. The low customer service rating is for the dealership, not for the service dept.

It was a very pleasant and Curtis experience. Ritchie was very helpful in explaining all the electronics . Also he made follow up call to make sure I was happy with the car.
