Great service customer service
I had to get my car serviced for Schedule A. My advisor Derrick Franklin was very helpful and extremely friendly. The drivers wh dropped me off and picked me up were also very nice and friendly. Great customer service.

Great service from Patrick Anthony and James
Let me first off start by saying that I had a wonderful experience with Patrick Anthony as a salesman at WI Simonson Mercedes Benz. I love my new car! Patrick was honest and extremely helpful. He was not pushy in anyway, and had a great deal patience and knowledge about the 2 vehicles I was interested in. I did not expect such great customer service, and I have never met a sales person of any kind who was so accommodating and as honest as Patrick. I went to purchase a car after work, I took an uber and did not want to waste time haggling or waiting around!!! Patrick was a true gentleman! I got a terrific deal and I love my new GLA!!! Like Service Dept, but not dealership.
I purchased my car here, but would not recommend it to friends and family. After I purchased my car and wanted to cancel my extended warranty, I got the run around for a very long time and it was finally resolved after 3 months. I recently took my car in for service for an oil leak and it was completed after 2 weeks. I did like my service advisor, Tim Seigel, who was very nice and responsive. The low customer service rating is for the dealership, not for the service dept.
