What's Not to Like?
I've been coming here since the late 80's. I actually trust them. I had one Service Advisor for years and years, and two others for several years each, and it's nice to actually know the person to whom I'm handing over the keys. I've met a couple of the technicians, too, and they know what they're doing.

Nice Sales Person
The sales person was very nice, They honored the Truecar price and did not play any games. This made the car buying is simple and comfortable. Even the trade in was some low, we still like their services.

MDR Toyota is fabulous. I was going to Culver City Toyota, but had a horrible experience with them. It is so nice to know that Toyota has some reputable dealers/repair center because my Culver City Toyota was the worst experience Ive ever had with a dealer or mechanic.

Alex Aidukas is an excellent Service Rep!!! He has a great service team working for him and all previous repairs have been spot on. Ask for Alex. Original Toyota parts are always the best way to go. My car has 248,000 miles and its still close to perfect.

Hybrid system failure. Warranty/Recall Service
I experienced a hybrid system failure on my 2013 Toyota Prius while in MDR, the late evening on 10/8/18. Luckily I was able to “limp” my car to MDR Toyota. It was 6:57 PM. Service Dept was closing. Your Asst Service Manager, Alfonso Quiñones, took the time to help me, even though you were basically closed. I was able to leave car overnight. Mr. Quiñones called me the next day and told me they found the problem and it was covered under Hybrid System Warranty, He said you needed to keep the car anouther day. Mr. Quiñones then took the time to call me when the car was ready for pick-up. Alphonso Quiñones took that extra step, to not only help me when your service department was closing, but also took the time to keep me informed on the progress. I did not have to call and inquire on the status of my vehicle. This was one of the most pleasant visits to a dealership service department in a long time. You need to find more Service Managers like Mr. Quiñones.
