Always provide great detail paper that are done after the service. Maybe if they could bring back the donuts besides coffee at the customer waiting room

Purchased my 2011 prius brand new now i have 219,000 miles these guys have been by my side with low prices and great service, never been hassled to do more then the basics for my vehicle, and for that I Thank you see in 7,000 miles for my oil change

Set up appointment, found out while there I had a 4-5 hour wait. Why? I had appointment. Dont understand. How can u have appointment and have 4-5 hour wait? I rescheduled my appointment for a later time.
