I heard from a neighbor that they have been there for a long time. I liked the fact that it is small and plain looking. Facades are misleading, new car dealerships, for example, nothing but lies and tricks. They waited on me right away. Very pleasant demeanor and personality. Seemed straightforward. Gave me a lot of information. They didn't have a car in their inventory that I wanted at this time however. I'll go back later and give them a try.

Buying a car can be such a hassle, but not with Logan at Garrison Auto Sales. He helped me find exactly what I looking for at the price I was willing and able to pay. We purchased an 08 Honda Accord and we were well pleased with the friendliness of the salesman Brad. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions and sold us a great car! We will definitely return when it is time to buy a car for our son.

Very small and dated location but I felt that I received a fair deal. The car was true to what was advertised. Got a fair price for my trade in also.

Impressed

I've been admiring the beautiful cars on this lot for twenty years. I finally stopped to take a closer look. A sales rep came out fairly quickly. I told him right sway that I was unable to purchase at the moment. He remained friendly, and talked to me about any car I asked about. This will be the place l go when I am ready to buy. Looking forward to it!

Very Helpful

I was in need of a car and not really sure what I wanted. Terry took the time and let me drive a few vehicles to see what felt comfortable to me. I finally settled on the 2010 Acura MDX which has been a great vehicle for me. I will be returning when its time for me to get my daughter her 1st car. Thanks

Stopped by to take a look at a car found online. Driver seat had a small tear. Didn't appear that an effort to fix or address it in any way, had been made. Some vinyl repair would have been nice. Nobody came out and we didn't stick around.

Kef, We try our best to great our customers as quickly as possible; however, sometimes we are with other customers or in this case I believe we were closed (Sunday). For these instances we do have a great waiting area with refreshments and WIFI to keep this short wait as painless as possible. We make every effort to take care of things such as repairs on seats. While making these repairs it is not uncommon to have a period of waiting for an appointment to come available or having to wait on the material to come in. I have looked over my inventory and I'm not really sure which vehicle your referring to. We certainly appreciate your time and interest in our vehicle. It's just unfortunate that while you will not take the time to call or come into our business and talk with the sales staff but will take the time to write a negative comment/review about a business they know nothing about.

Very Rude!

They have some of the rudest people with attitudes at this place! We went to look at a car and we pointed out a problem we found. The next day when we decided not to buy the car and he copped an attitude over the phone saying that we were so picky that "we just needed to go out and buy a new car" and then he hung up. Im sorry but if you arent happy with the fact that we didnt buy your car but thats no excuse for copping a rude attitude and explaining how its a cheap fix. If it was such a cheap fix say you'll fix it and apoligize but don't get all boo hoo just because we dont buy your car! Anyways we have decided to steer clear of this place due to there immature reaction and the disrespect showed towards us.

I was very surprised and disappointed to read your review and comments. I did follow up with this and talked to your mother and she was just as disappointed and also unaware that this was written as well. She did not we feel were rude in anyway to you or her. She believes that you may have just been really frustrated about not having your car before your upcoming birthday. We both shared apologizes for the misunderstanding and moved on. Hopefully in the future with age will come a better understanding on how to handle situations in a more positive manner.

My internet search for a lexus took me to Garrison Auto website. I found a lexus I liked for my daughter on his site. We drove up from S.C. to drive and view the vehicle.The owner Ben Wilson was very nice and we got together on price and I purchased vehicle and drove it back home to S.C. We were well pleased with Garrison Motors and I would recommend them to others. We had a pleasant experience. Thanks, Ben, S.C. buyer.
