Excellent dealership

We purchased our pre-owned Volvo here 2 years ago, along with an extended warranty. It was a very fair deal. In particular, we enjoyed dealing with Ian Riding and his staff. Ian clearly knows his business. His years of experience in the auto business has sharpened his business and customer skills. Previously we had purchased new cars; the transaction and follow up service has convinced us that, new or old, this is an excellent dealership.

DO NOT BUY ANY VOLVO. Volvo is a very poor quality and...

DO NOT BUY ANY VOLVO. Volvo is a very poor quality and terrible installation car. I should have known that since the Chinese bought Volvo company several years ago. We bought a XC 90 top of the line for $ 72,000. At just 20,000 miles there were so many problems in transmission, computer system malfunction, sound system, lighting fixtures. At 54,000 miles, just 1 month after the warranty expired, the water leaking inside the car, running like a faucet, every time it's raining outside due to drain tube on the sunroof that didn't work. Since it's out of the warranty, we have to pay for it to get fix. In addition, it makes these noises due to poor installation of rubbers on sunroof. This is the worst car we have ever driven. Also the customer service of this location is terrible. They are very unpleasant, unhelpful with bad attitudes. They didn't even washed our car when we have service. Their excuse was it was raining. It was raining like 15 minutes and our car was at their service center for 7 hours. I asked them why they didn't wash car when it's stopped raining. Their excuse was there were other cars in the shop. I guess they couldn't wash one more car during that 7 hours period.

A great day at Volvo Store, Winter Park

We had a list of 4 dealers to go based on a research I made on the internet. Volvo, Lexus, BMW and Acura. The attention and service Manuel Zurita gave us was excellent. I work in customer service and I know what good is on this field. He really made us feel we were in control of the situation all the time. We knew Volvo had excellent cars but so do the others, however, Manuel's attention, explanations and support is second to none. At the end, we purchased the Volvo without having to go anywhere else. It was a nice day at Volvo.

Superb service at the Volvo Store

I received superb service for a recent visit, from scheduling a visit to completion of repairs/maintenance! I own 2 Volvo vehicles, and their service has always been outstanding. Our service advisor, Mr. Gallagher, was a pleasure to deal with.

Fred from New Smyrna

I drove over from New Smyrna on referral from a friend looking to buy an XC90. Sales Manager, Ian Riding was welcoming and then we worked with Cesar Rios, who was very knowledgeable about the product in a low key way. We did not buy because we are looking at several SUV's but if we go with Volvo it will definitely be with this dealership

Car trade up

To be quite honest, I was frustrated because unfortunately I have owned/leased volvos for over 20 years. This time around, the car that I loved ( 2019 S60) had some issues. I contacted this dealership, I was supported by both Ian, the GM and Blake my salesman. After 3 failures of the identified issue, this team ensured that I got a brand new 2020 S60 sedan, same identical car, color, interior, upgrades at NO additional cost! While it was unfortunate that this happened, they stepped up, took care of the customer , went above and beyond and I WILL refer anyone to this dealership and will get my next car from them as well! Thank YOU IAN and Blake!
