Nice, low pressure environment.

I am very pleased with the service I have received at

I am very pleased with the service I have received at Carson City Toyota: from the buying experience with Hector, who was professional & helped me pick the best vehicle for my needs; to the service department, where Jeremy assisted me with warranty & repairs. I had my vehicle back in one day with zero out of pocket cost, including a rental car! The staff is pleasant, easy going & happy to assist their customers! The free Coffee & comfortable waiting area is a nice addition while you wait!

Simple calibrate a key fob and fix recall item. Drop off at 7:00 am, when asked if I was going to wait I replied no, would come back when finished. First mistake. I call at 11:49 as was coming back thru town, had to leave a message, was hoping to pick up around that time. No response. Call again 2 1/2 hours later, had to leave a nesssge, no return call. 45 minuokayer I call and they say truck is ready. Go down 30 minutes later and STILL have to wait for paperwork. Seriously disappointed. 25 minutes tops of work takes 8 hours. Good thing I had an appointment.

Do not buy a car/truck from Carson City Toyota.

Do not buy a car/truck from Carson City Toyota. They don’t detail their used vehicles. When you ask them to remove the dark finger prints from the light gray roof, they make excuses like “it’s high school kids in the back, they don’t know what they’re doing.” They make promises to fix things like 4 chips in windshield, pretended to have them fixed, then said they did what was agreed upon. They fixed nothing. I’ve had better service from a local small dealership that doesn’t have full time detail and mechanic staff. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I appreciate that the issues are now resolved however, in order for that to happen, I was forced to complain publicly. I sincerely hope this experience wasn’t caused by the fact I’m a woman. They had several opportunities to fix the issues as we traveled to this dealership on 3 separate occasions, over 60 miles each time. It never should have gotten this far. I will not recommend this dealership due to our experience.
