This is the second time I have been to JTL and yet again I was not disappointed. Michael, AJ, and Eric were all involved in the process of getting us our vehicle and their customer service is absolutely outstanding. These guys know what customer service is about.

I purchased a used 2008 GMC Yukon XL 2500 from JTL. This vehicle is very rare and and I looked all over new england trying to find one that wasn't beat. The salesman AJ was easy to deal with over the phone, and even picked me up at the Port Jefferson ferry with the Yukon, which was great, since I came over long island sound from CT. The vehicle was actually better than described and he took the time to go over the whole thing, noting any minor defects that were found so I wouldn't run into any surprises. The transaction was smooth, no pressure, and I was out the door in less than an hour. I also want to make it know that they had no ridiculous processing fees or anything, just a title transfer fee and temporary license plate fee (if you need one). I drove the Yukon 3 hours home without issue and couldn't be happier! I feel as though I got a great deal. These guys aren't exactly local to me, but if they ever have another vehicle that I am interested in, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again. Thanks!
