Very nice experience. Very knowledgeable saleswoman. Pleasant and cheerful. Knew a lot about the car. She took her time with me and went out of her way to show the car to my husband at work.

We had a new sales men, so I will give him a pass. The finance manger picked up the ball and made things happen. Will return here to try the service dept.

Purchased a used car. Great to work with. Gave a fair price for my trade with Kelly Blue Book instant offer. Very helpful and even gave us a loaner car since the used car we purchased was not ready, (needed a lot of cosmetic repair and tires). Some things that were promised to be fixed were not, since we were told it would cost the dealer too much money.

Dan showed me several cars that I qualified for and he didn't pressure me at ALL!!! Dan was the best "salesman" in my 55 years have EVER experienced!!!! Dolan is a awesome place to buy a car. They don't get commission so you don't feel like you are surrounded by sharks. They helped us look for the perfect car, we found it and that was basically it. They brought the cars to us. The finance department had great people who found us a bank that gave us a unbelievable rate. They were working on Financing while Dan Wagner was helping us find the perfect car. They are a group of hard working people and all they care about is you AND they are honest and organized. I would invite anyone looking for a car to deal with Dolan Kia Mazda. I told them what I needed and could afford and they gave me the perfect deal! Not to mention the experience they provided... Skeeter, Travis the finance manager and Christian who gave me a tour of the car were so fun, friendly and easy to work with. I was really nervous because you always hear horror stories of buying a car. Mine was the easiest transaction ever! Thank you Dolan Kia! I love my new car!!!
