Great Customer Service
Dolan agreed to service my car on short notice. Needed brake work prior to a long trip. Nikolai et al. provided excellent customer service. The upstairs waiting area is also great. Friendly cafe service. Clean and comfortable with readily accessible electrical outlets for the PC.

Reno Dolan Lexus - Highly Recommend
We took our LX570 in for 40K service. The shop is extremely clean and professional looking. Julie in service is the best, she knows her stuff! We waited for our SUV to be serviced and took exactly the time Julie quoted us. Highly recommend Dolan Lexus. The parts dept. is also excellent, very knowledgeable staff.

Dolan won’t repair while under warranty
Brought my car to Dolan Lexus 7 times for 2 different issues; the driver’s side glass is loose and the lift gate doesn’t close properly. Neither issue was repaired. They simply return my car each time untouched. Likely because it’s under-warranty.

NO WORD OF HONOR!!
Spoke to Lisa over the phone who stated “Goodthing about Dolan Lexus is WE DO NOT mark up are cars here”. So, I said ok. Can I buy the car now and she took my card for a deposit and then called back later advising that her manager wants to add another 25K on top of the MSRP! Additional 25 thousand to the WE DONT ADD MARK VALUE!
