Roy did an outstanding job!

Roy did an outstanding job!!! Explaining everything about the2026 Kona from what is included in the exterior package as well as the interior conveniences. He took me on 2 tests drives to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle I was purchasing. Roy is very personable and did not apply any pressure !!!! I was very happy and satisfied with his attention to me!!! Roy did a great job representing Ideal Hyundai!!!

Jadon was an excellent salesman.

Jadon was an excellent salesman. He was not high pressure or cheesy like most car dealers. He was friendly, honest, sincere. I have purchased other cars at Ideal over the years. Jadon made me want to continue my business with Ideal.

Experience was fine (simple, no annoying time-wasting

Experience was fine (simple, no annoying time-wasting like some other dealerships) up until the last moment, when the dealership tried to slip in a bogus $1K charge, that had not been there on two previous quotes for other trims, for an unwanted service/add-on, and the sales rep claimed that it was automatically put on all cars and not removable (obviously we did get it removed). That was very disappointing and left a bad taste after what was going to be a smooth pleasant transaction. We bought from this dealership only because the young man had spent time with us, but after that last-minute charge we regretted that we didn’t go back to our previous Hyundai dealer who was always super-honest and super-efficient.

Shahzad was easy to work with, very helpful,

Shahzad was easy to work with, very helpful, professional, and customer focused. However, I had a post sales issue regarding the timing of the payoff which caused me to have to make a payment on the vehicle that I no longer had in my possession for the past 3 1/2 weeks. I know the payoff process is not immediate, but I expected it to be a fast enough to avoid this problem. This problem was very inconvenient and I spent over 6 hrs (!) calling and leaving several detailed voice mails with the responsible department in an effort to get someone to call me back to discuss the status of the payoff and tags/title. Very frustrated, as a last ditch effort I called Shahzad and he called me back promptly, investigated my concerns, and called me back with the exact answers that I needed within 10 minutes. Dennis Dawson, GM, also returned my call after Shazhad and was very helpful and offered to look into it and get back to me on Monday as well. I appreciate their efforts but their processes need to be tightened up and more aligned with customer needs post-sale.
