Derek took amazing care of us getting our perfect XT4

Derek took amazing care of us getting our perfect XT4 from out of state. No dickering, straight shooter, deal was agreed to over the phone. We flew in to LV, Derek picked us up at the hotel the following morning, then took us to Findlay Cadillac where our XT4 was waiting. Smooth transaction. A+, thank you for the experience!

Service Dept Rocks!

Andy, Dylan and Ryan provided us with great customer care

Andy, Dylan and Ryan provided us with great customer care and attention. They made the transaction as smooth as they could considering it was during the nationwide dealership hack and they had to revert to "old school" transaction methods. It was amazing!! But they kept it as hassle free as possible - with minimal inconvenience - and we still got our 2015 Cadillac SRX Luxury in a reasonable amount of time! Wonderful. I would definitely recommend Findlay Cadillac Henderson and return when it's time to get another Cadillac.

WE BOUGHT PLATINUM EXTENDED WARRENTY FOR BOTH CADILLACS.

WE BOUGHT PLATINUM EXTENDED WARRENTY FOR BOTH CADILLACS.. FIRST TIME WE USED IT THERE WAS SO MANY RULES WE ARE AFRAID TO USE IT... THE COST OF THIS BATTERY WAS APPROXIMATELY $900.00 {BATTERY COST FOR THIS CAR WAS AROUND $300.00} AND IF THAT DID NOT WORK THEY WOULD KEEP CHASING THE PROBLEM AND NOT KNOWING IF THE PROBLEM WOULD BE COVERED AND IF NOT WHO PAYS??? HUH???

I met Mr Findlay many years ago and he would be really "TICKED" if he knew this was happening, as he took very Great care of his customers.... The sevice person who tried to help us was very nice his name was Ryan and he really tried to help us...
