Everything went well.
Everything went well. Kay, the service advisor was great as usual. The one thing that didn't impress me was the text that I got from the technician trying to get me to agree to a 4-wheel alignment and some app that allowed for monthly payments to cover the additional cost. NOT cool! Firstly, I would never agree to having that done without speaking to the tech personally first. Secondly, with the fine print that came on the text, it could be very easy to mistakenly sign up for something I wouldn't want. Dump it!
