I have taken my Chevy to West Sahara GMC several time to have work done and always have had great service. But this time I am having a major issue with my car and the service Tech Damian Albanese has taken great care of me and my Chevy. His service to me was outstanding, great customer service, wonderful attitude and great knowledge for my cars problem. I would recommend going to West Sahara GMC and talk to Damian #1. This is the Dealership you want to go to have your car, truck, or van to be work on by certified technician and a great service department. Thank you, West Shara GMC

Let's start off by saying gus my sales person is the best
Let's start off by saying gus my sales person is the best employee there he does his job and doesn't give you any xx. The service manager must have something up his ..... He's the worst manager ever ! He likes to waste your time and lie to you and makes you tow your car down there and then expect you to pay the dealership! I bought a warranty and they won't honor it. I've tried calling and speaking with the GM 3 times and no calls back and Brian won't even answer any emails or phone calls. Coward! You can't face the music so you hide in your office like a big macho and a ugly beard that makes you look more girly than a girl with long hair. End of story Brian and his team waste time and lie to you and I've never gonna buy a car from autonation ever AGAIN!! the Honda dealership took care of me and I had more difficulty with my other car. They took care of me and never charged me and never lied to me something this dealership needs training classes in because right now everyone that works there in the service department is a xxxxxxx and takes pride in being the biggest one everyday like its a competition within the employees. So this is to Brian! Read ny words and if you have any xxxxx you would speak up like a man and confront me and my car but instead you make everyone lie to me say you're busy you can't take calls and you run from the xxxxxxx that's being honest on his reviews and you don't like it.so grow up and act like a man and quit hiding from everyone you run from other customers too.just like the guy who wanted you to pay for his paint. You offered him 50% what he paid after your guys messed up his car.yeaaaa what a joke this entire dealership is. Don't waste your time you're gonna regret every second of it like I did and after buying the car I see the warnings! So buyers beware don't waste your time with these xxxxxxxx

Rim was damaged during service.
Rim was damaged during service. Nothing done about it. Sent pics still haven't heard about replacing rim.. wanted extra charge for main tune up plug. $116 & charge
