We were just leaving for a trip when our battery died In our garage. AAA got us running, but said. Buy aNew battery quick. Your dealership didn’t have one, but promised it in two hours. After 45 minutes we were on our way. great great service!

My usual experience is great.
My usual experience is great. I usually work with Jorge but he wasn’t in yesterday. Yesterday was mediocre. No one seemed nice or helpful. The guy that checked me in was nice but seemed like maybe he was alone and having to check in multiple cars at once. Then a different guy gave me paperwork at the end. No one went over the safety inspection or anything like how my tires look. Just a quick “changed the oil, rotated the tires, replaced the valve stem, bye!”. I’m the waiting room the tv was on football and one guy (I believe he was staff) kept coming over and turning it up louder and louder. Then at some point someone else (also staff, salesman I believe) came over and they were yelling so loudly discussing the game. Like one was standing 10ft away just yelling about football. I had earbuds in and the tv and them yelling were louder. My car sat in the exit for about 20min so I finally got ent up I went up and stood in line in case they forgot I was there. The cashier was also less than friendly and super slow but at least by the time I reached the front of the line they had my paperwork ready. I don’t know if everyone was just post thanksgiving hungover or what but overall it was not great and didn’t inspire confidence. I’ll probably give a Sacsealer my next service if Jorge isn’t available.
