The team at AutoNation Volkswagen Las Vegas were kind, informative and professional. I greatly appreciate the free Uber ride home so I could get back to my young daughter instead of having to wait in the lobby. However, the lobby looked cozy with venting machine options, comfy chairs and TV's. Thank you, AutoNation Volkswagen. I will be back.

I was in search of my first SUV, I?

I was in search of my first SUV, I?ve always driven Toyotas but wanted to make a change to VW and look for an SUV. Ihor helped me and he was amazing, I didn?t feel pressured into anything I didn?t need and he gave me so much information, knew everything about everything. He was honest and wanted to genuinely help me find the right car for me. I?ll definitely be returning to him in the future for myself and when my wife is ready for their next car

Volkswagen notified me of a needed 20,000 Mile Check on

Volkswagen notified me of a needed 20,000 Mile Check on my 2023 ID4 Pro S. Note (my id4 has approximately 8,500 Miles) having only 1 Vehicle arriving for my appoint only it was a four-hour service. Advance notice of the duration could, possibly make arrangements plan transportation. Service Manager Jefery Lopez and his service team seemed to work well to assistant arriving customer. Time will tell the Quilty of service.

Shop elsewhere, and be better for it. If you are looking for a quality used car this is not the brand for you. They will be very polite and sell you junk.

Manager Louise is a peach! Finding an imported newly introduced model was challenging, but she was communicative throughout the process, and ultimately got me the exact vehicle I asked for!

Our experience at this dealership was great.

Our experience at this dealership was great. Anthony S. assisted us from the get go, from the initial phone call to handing us the keys and waving goodbye as we drove off the lot. He is very personable and we felt welcomed. From the beginning he immediately offered us a price that was more than reasonable (do your research first). Dan B. assisted us in finance department and he was informative and made this process easy. No pressure, just information given. Auto dealerships are known to apply pressure tactics to make a sale, however, this was not our experience here.

Sold me a VW CPO vehicle, 6000 miles, clean, accident

Sold me a VW CPO vehicle, 6000 miles, clean, accident free CarFax. Upon delivery, noticed a slight whistle from door and that the speaker was blown. VW certified found door was not original and was misaligned, not installed correctly. Found overspray from repairs. AutoNation VW admitted their parts manager had an “incident” causing the car to need an entirely new door. Refused to pay for full, complete repairs (repainting and reseating the door correctly). Their “repaired” door was missing paint under badges, would let water in with window closed. Louise Evans, GM, refused to admit any wrongdoing in having knowledge of the damage, not submitting to CarFax or disclosing to buyer. Absolutely disgusting behavior, avoid this place like the plague.
