Terrible management and sales force

Every time I've tried to deal with them their salesman lies. It would be nice if I didn't feel so dirty when I dealt with them. He's a tip. Don't hire dirt bags. Must be part if the culture beginning with the executives. But what do I know? I'm juat a regular old disabled veteran that wa hoping to not get ripped off and lied to. Probably like you. They toyota dealership in Murray felt terrible to deal with. Just wish they didn't lie to me about me own credit wcore and them max it out after I didn't buy from them. What a terrible businees.

Warranty barely covers anything

So I buy a car here seemed like a good deal. I don't have great credit but they got me approved. I'm told that all their cars come with a 30k mile drive train/power train warranty. We'll my car started making a wheel bearing noise. I brought it to one shop and had it diagnosed just to be sure I was right. Call Larry H miller service and get told it isn't covered by the warranty because it only covers lubricated parts. I haven't even put 10k miles on this car yet and I'm already gonna have to spend a grand on repairs.

CJ and Steven were great!

CJ and Steven were great! Also the manager who was there but I forgot his name. Along with my finance man, I am bad with names. I rarely have good experiences while buying cars but these guys made it GREAT. I highly recommend this dealership, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Thank you guys!
