Ryan Abuelhawa was friendly and very knowledgeable!

Ryan Abuelhawa was friendly and very knowledgeable! He took the time to answer my questions. In addition, he gave me time to think through the car buying process. He was not pushy and got the deal done! I highly recommend him! Ben Stark (General Manager), Ben Peregoy (Sales Manager), Anthony Hart (Finance) and George Ayoub (Service Manager) provided awesome customer service as well! Great dealership!!!

Excellent experience from start to finish.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend! Knowledgeable salesman. Management was very accommodating to our needs and Mr. Tony Hart in finance department did an amazing job presenting options for coverage without jamming them down our throats.

Although they were very enthusiastic in selling us a

Although they were very enthusiastic in selling us a vehicle, the service staff were not very Customer friendly. I think his name is Henry but he did not have a clue what was going on. Let me start from when I came in at 7:30AM, I told him what my issue was and 15 min later, he forgot why I came in. He could not tell me if my warranty was valid or what services were included for my issue. There was one Service Representative that assisted us the best. She was friendly, professional, and offered her services if we did not get any answers from anyone else. Her name was LeJuan Robinson. If you have any questions regarding services, contact LeJuan. My "Poor" ratings are more geared towards the customer service from Henry. LeJuan was a breath of fresh air.

The worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I had a 6pm appointment, got there at 6pm, no other customers were there, the lady asked if she could help me, I told her that I have an appointment with Anthony. She came back a few minutes later and told me that he stepped out. Just a few minutes later, a man came over and said that he was there. He was the salesperson in his cubicle talking and laughing with another co-worker, knowing he had an appointment with me. I go to his cubicle and the first thing he said was can I have your license, not hello, how are you doing and acted as if he had an attitude because I broke up his little party. I kindly asked for my license back and as I'm leaving out the door the manager says, so you're just going to leave with an attitude.
