Don't deal with these crooks....went in on 5/21 gave 1600 dep and promise to pay 600 more deposit promise pick up per finance company...well fta dinance company called and said they couldnt approve loan so they sent file back to auto corp..well on 6/19 the car was repoed...rosana states i cant get my money back which was a deposit and to get my items out car or to get car back since it was a report i owe the whole 14.000.....first off i didn't get approved for the loan because they could verify employment. When asked for my money back she states sorry your a single mom but we not giving you nothing back..THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS

Scamed me out of 2000 dollars for deposit and lied about bank approving me then came and repoed the car. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! Deposit is non refundable.

Only dealt with them on the phone. The first time I called I was hung up on. Then I submitted an online request for information. I was called back later and asked for a CARFAX report. Was told it would be sent and it wasn?t. When I called back I was told ?oh that car had a lot of problems and I sold it to someone else.?

Drove over there to look at the minivan from the internet. The lot was vacant and there was no information on the window to indicate if they had changed locations. Assumed they are out of business, so we bought a used minivan at Headquarter Honda in Clermont instead, and they were wonderful.
