easy going and very friendly

everyone was nice and friendly. Chris was very helpful, got car the way i wanted and the sales manager nice along with the people in financial office was very helpful.

Great experience!

Our salesman Chris Trusty was great! He and the sales manager helped us get the best price on a Nissan Rogue for 100 miles around. Chris even found us a USAA incentive that we qualified for. They also saved us a long trip to Cincinnati to check out a car that appeared lower in cost. They helped us ask the right questions to the dealer on the phone to determine the "out the door" cost. The dealer listed priced actually included over $1000 of incentives that we did not qualify for! It would have been a long trip and a waste of our time. At the end of the day, we got the BEST price available plus a lifetime powertrain warranty! You can't beat that! Chris also had lot's of advice and tips for maintaining the car and even helped us pair our phones to the Bluetooth before we drove off. While he showed us models with more options, he didn't pressure us when we wanted to stick with the base model. I appreciated that! We highly recommend going to Byerly and Chris Trusty.

Great experience

Just purchased a new 2015 Pathfinder. Was fast and easy!!! Had exactly what we wanted for the price we were willing to spend!! Would recommend

Jodie was Wonderful and Patient

Decided on a Murano or one other SUV about 2 plus months ago. Had not met Jodie, but started a conversation about what I was looking for. She kept careful notes, and tickled me every 3 weeks as I asked. When I was ready, we drove across town to Byerly and met Jodie. During the test drive she was able to answer all my questions and put me at ease with all of my concerns. Very knowledgeable about the Murano. I didn't even drive my other choice. The test drive and the friendly sales and finance made it an easy decision. Having owned 3 previous Nissans years ago, I was familiar with the quality, and my expectations have been met and exceeded. What a joy to work with professionals who were friendly, not pushy, helpful and courteous, and NO PRESSURE. The way the car buying experience should be. Shout out to Trisha Brown also, the most knowledgeable and efficient finance manage I have ever dealt with. As you can see, this was a most wonderful experience! Do not let the drive to Byerly from across town or in nearby towns keep you from experiencing what many dealers haven't figured out yet.

Great experience

From start to finish, salesman Bob Steffan was excellent. He respected my time, was very professional and knowledgeable about the product, very courteous and accommodating; I could not have asked for better service. Finance manager Trisha Brown was also super. Just a great experience!

David was Great!

I totaled my 2013 Altima in late April and was looking to replace it. Nissan Corporate had given me a VPP number as when the paramedics were pulling me out of my old Altima, one paramedic said, "Sir, your car saved your life!" I shared that with Nissan's CEO and SVP Marketing. I told David what I was looking for: a 2015 Pearl White Nissan with beige interior with convenience and technology packages... and Byerly had it in stock! David was outstanding in every aspect of our negotiation. When I arrived at the dealership, he and the finance manager has lowered my quoted payment...wowzer. Excellent. Great Experience

Last year we bought a new truck from Byerly and the experience was great....in fact it was the best car buying experience we had ever had. SO, last week we once again drove the 2.5 hours up from Tennessee and bought another new car. No hassle buying, super staff, and friendly service.

Very pleasurable experiance

I purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Cruz My sales Reps were Sylvia and Lindsay and Sales Manager was Ray,all three were very courteous,friendly and caring,They all went out of there way to answer Questions, Provided The info we asked,pulling no punches,I Have dealt with many Dealers in My lifetime, non can compare to the Service we Recieved bar None.I would use Byrley Nissan,again,No Doubt.also will tell Everyone, who ask me about the car,of the Great experience,we Had.

Very happy customer !!!!!

I test drove cars at Swope, Oxmoor and Byerly. I left a very happy customer and felt like I got the most for my money. No pressure, very helpful, and patient staff. I would highly recommend Byerly Nissan to anyone!

Exactly what we wanted plus a lifetime warranty

We decided to purchase a Nissan Murano with Byerly because they had great customer service, gave us the best price plus a lifetime warranty. We drove 2 hours to get there but it was worth it. Silvia was wonderful and made our first time buying a new car a great experience!
