I brought my fob along with a new fob to be programmed. Claudio came to me and said that they can't program this key and I said that's my key because it didn't have the hidden key inside it because I keep that key on my key chain with my other keys. They ended up erasing my key and programming the new key. Because I got the new key from an eBay seller who has 100% positive feedback, (Brad, the manager) twisted things around and blamed the eBay seller telling me the key was registered to somebody else, but it wasn't because it got programmed. They didn't complete the program cycle. I got all this information about what went wrong from a service department at another Toyota dealership. I would have believed that if it wasn't for the fact that Claudio brought my key to me to tell me that it can't be programmed. What the mechanic did was program the new key but removed the original key from the system and once it's removed it can't be reprogrammed for theft protection. They also tried to charge me for the service, but I didn't pay it because they made the mistake. I made a case about it but the lady (car care specialist) sided with Brad and didn't even call me to hear my side of the story. They owe me a key fob but, of course, deny that they do. It's ugly that they didn't admit that they made a mistake and make it right. I think I will service my car at a dealership in Albuquerque instead of in Gallup from now on.

Chester was awesome! Really nice guy! The cashier lady really really nice too. there was some kind of minor problem, but Chester fixed it...When i come back i will go to Chester.

My visit to Toyaota
The sales people in the lobby and those in the service department were very nice. They offered coffee and also a ride to the mall or wherever while waiting for our ride to get fixed. I even got a car wash.

Excellent service
We were on vacation and we hit the 15000 mark for our scheduled maintenance and since we were staying the night in Gallup we took a chance the next morning that you could perform the maintenance for us. We drove up and you took care of us right away and we are greatly appreciative of the great service we received. Top notch crew !!!

Great service and great technicians.
The technician knew what to do for my Toyota Camry and then gave me a list of what was performed on the car. It took less than an hour to get everything done. Oil change, rotation of tires, filters changed. So I'm happy for the 30, 000 miles that everything went well.
