Low pressure buying experience
Needed to replace a second car. Nothing fancy, but nothing too ordinary. Working with the folks at I_deal was ideal. I hate buying cars, but it was an easy, no pressure experience and I'd recommend them and the way they do business. Remember that they cater to a wide range of consumers, so their inventory reflects this--do your research. And while it's not a fancy place--the folks there are first rate.

Great experience
IF you are looking for the bright lights of a typical car lot with balloons with obnoxious pushy sales people, don't come here! These guys have a nice simple dealership where they sell well priced cars in a highly honest fashion. I needed a good used car for a college student, living across the country needed something that I wouldn't have to worry about. We spent a few hours talking with them and getting good information on the cars, including them steering us away from a couple. No pressure, we felt welcome to try anything we wanted to try. We decided on a nice Toyota that has done a great job getting my student around. I own a couple of Subaru's and know that once you get > 100K miles you have to get the timing belt replaced - not a cheap thing to do. Take a look at their inventory and you'll see that for the cars that need it, they've taken care of it. That speaks volumes about the quality of their cars. Would not hesitate to buy from them again!

Great Service!
I just bought my first car, a 2000 blue VW bug, from I-Deal and was very happy with the process! At first, we were a little taken aback by the location. We drove about an hour from Lancaster to look at the car. Barry helped us with the buying process. He was very helpful and knowledgable without pressuring us. He even lowered the price for us, however, he did not tell us until we were signing papers that the warranty would be taken away after so much was taken off the price. He assured us that if there was an issue with the car, he would help us anyways! We still bought the car and were very happy with it! After driving it around at home for a little while, we noticed the electrical panel cover was missing on the driver's side and the button for the passenger window was loose on the driver's side. Those were minor, cosmetic issues so we weren't too worried until the check engine light came on. Then we were a little nervous because the formal warranty had been taken away. However, our mechanic checked the car the next day and said it was only a minor problem that could easily be fixed! We called Barry to voice our concerns after this had happened and Bo, the owner, actually called later assuring us that we could return the car if we weren't happy with it! We were very, very pleased with their customer service! We will end up getting the car fixed at our mechanic rather than driving the hour back to Harrisburg but were overall very, very happy with the experience! It's a 16 year old car so it definitely isn't perfect, but Barry and Bo made sure it was as close to perfect as possible! They are very honest and we would be happy to do business with them in the future!!

Excellent dealer, Friendly and honest.
Recently purchased 97 Toyota Truck X-tend cab. I can honestly say it was the best dealer experience I ever had. I was permitted to look around without someone breathing down my back, but yet if I had questions they were answered honestly. I never experienced that at any other dealership. The truck I purchased was exactly as described and everything was in working order. I plan on purchasing another 4X4 in the near future and I will look nowhere else .

I purchased my 2005 Tacoma from here last year. The truck runs great, the deal was superb, and the warranty coverage offered was very fair. I've suggested to several people through word of mouth. Be sure to check them out.

I bought a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse when I went to have it Maryland inspected it cost me 1,000.00 to have it pass I called dealer to see if he could help me with repairs he would not help at all . He said he would only buy it back for what I paid for it

Good car buying experience, good prices
I purchased a 2003 Subaru Forester from Bo in June, 2014. It has been a good car for me thus far. Bo was easy to work with and knowledgeable about his cars. He accommodated our work schedule by staying a little late and also allowed us to take the car to our mechanic to have it checked out before we purchased it. I was given a Carfax which showed a good service record. I was very satisfied with my buying experience and would recommend buying a car here.
