Great customer service

In the last decade I have purchased four Cadillac vehicles from this dealership. I am a loyal customer because they have a great product & great people who work there. The customer service is great. They uphold the Cadillac brand and I feel good when I drive my car.

Service dept-ask for Jimi. Great customer service

Service technician, Jimi provides great customer service always! He works very hard to make sure you are greeted right away when pulling in, and if I wait for my vehicle the mechanics are flagged the customer is waiting. This time I needed a ride home and the friendly driver called my name within a few minutes. Thank you, Jimi.

Oil Change

Went in for an oil change and inquire about pits on the hood chrome and why the light by the driver door did not work. Technician was more interested in trying to sell me on additional work that I feel was not wanted. Needless to say when I picked up the vehicle the pits on the chrome and the light problem was not even looked at or explained on the work order.

GREAT Service This Time !!!

This time it was VERY good. The young man was very polite to me. I felt secure about him. I really would like him to be MY service rep every time. Also he was the only one NOT to tell me to give him a good review. I am Glad to see young fresh,non arrogant skill at your location. I think his name was DAVE, Tall, young, dark hair and attractive. I give a good review based on my recent visit only. Regards

excellant service/staff impeccable surroundings

I always receive the utmost courtesy and the best service on every visit I make to the Cadillac of Las Vegas dealership. The staff is beyond professional and go out of their way to make sure I am taken care of. LJ Harness and the rest of the Cadillac personnel are an asset to the company.

I feel like they definitely value my business.

My service consultant was courteous and friendly. My service was completed within the time estimate and the waiting room was comfortable with several courtesy drinks available.
