Our experience at Melloy was outstanding, primarily due to Susan Miller. She was professional, friendly, knowledgable and honest and really knew her product. Brandon in Finance was also very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure the paperwork was completed correctly. Would highly recommend this dealership over any other in New Mexico.

Melloy Nissan was amazing. I've been going to them for several years to have two used Altimas serviced. The service department is great, very honest and fair in running their business. This was my first time buying a new car from Melloy Nissan. Susan was a great sales person. She had a very casual approach and was not pushy like some sales people. She wanted to make sure I got the right car for my needs and she listened to everything I said. In the end I got a great deal, great customer service and a really nice car.

We received excellent customer service from Rick...

We received excellent customer service from Rick Harrelson. He was not your typical "car salesman." He was more then helpful, respectful and friendly for the four hours my husband, my 3 year old son and myself where with him. We have dealt with other sales people before and have left with a bitter taste in our mouth. Rick was amazing. I hope you Melloy realizes what a valuable employee you have. I am an office manager and I know that majority of the time you hear bad things and not always the good or your too busy dealing with the bad things to not reward the positive. I just thought you should know that Rick was more then helpful. If we need a car in the future we will see Rick and anyone I know looking for a car I will be sending them Rick's way. Please let Rick know that it was a pleasure dealing with him on our new car purchase. Ken helped us finish our final paperwork friendly, fast and answered any questions we had.

At first I was a little upset and confused about my purchase. I e-mailed Roy Benson the general manager of the dealership and first thing the next day he called and wanted to meet to clear up my confusion. Everything was cleared up and they took great care of me. He met with me that very day and fixed everything. Based on his service alone I would recommend this dealership and plan to make my next car purchase there as well. Thanks for everything!

I did not go in to purchase a car - only to look at the...

I did not go in to purchase a car - only to look at the inventory of 2012 Nissan Maximas and 2013 Altimas. I happen to pass by a 2013 Nissan Altima (fully loaded) and was highly impressed. I asked to take a test drive. In addition to the product, my salesperson, Isaac Cordova, was AWESOME!!! He answered all my questions while keeping a professional, friendly manner about himself and DID NOT pressure me into a purchase. Chris Padilla "made me an offer I couldn't refuse." He found a great interest rate at which to finance my purchase and explained the details in a straightforward, easily understandable fashion. David Engles was my Instructor. He taught me everything I needed to know to understand and enjoy my new 2013 NIssan Altima. Awesome car, awesome service, awesome price!!! What more can anyone ask for.

I had the best experience ever buying a car here at...

I had the best experience ever buying a car here at Melloy Nissan in albuquerque. I did not think i could het approved on my own. Not only did i get approved on my own, but they gave a MORE than generous trade in on my other car, VERY decent interest rate, and a monthly payment i was very happy with! Jesus was also very supportive and posotive in this whole process. Im extremely impressed that the process did not take forever. It was handled efficently and quickly and i was treated very good, and continue to be treated like a top customer. I would highly recommend getting Lisa to help you. She can work magic! Thank you!!!!!

He promised new tires, and a few other things and then said that he didn't promise it and wouldn't do it. His attitude was horrible as well when he was confronted.

Great experience - minimal haggling over price and value...

Great experience - minimal haggling over price and value of trade. Great new car with great features and a good value. Knowledgeable, friendly, caring and courteous salesman - he was willing to go the extra mile and helped arrange some aftermarket additions quickly and at a very reasonable cost. He gave us his own cell phone to call anytime we have questions. He was terrific.

This is the third time I have worked with Jairo Alvarado. Everytime I need a new vehicle, I have made sure to work with him, because he is great! Super friendly and knowledgable and knows exactly what I need. He is the best car salesman I have ever worked with!
