I love my Honda! I love my service team!

My service team knows me, knows my car, knows my dog, and takes outstanding care of me ALL THE TIME! I wish I could rely on the service I receive in other areas of my life like I can on Mike and the other service representatives and technicians at Perfection Honda. My Civic is 12 years old and has almost 150,000 miles and it runs like a dream. I know this is because my car is a great car and because of the maintenance TLC I always receive. This is a service relationship that I value and intend to continue forever. Thank you Perfection Honda!

the car-buying experience doesn't get any better

I was ready to test drive some new vehicles, but was more than a little reluctant to go to the dealerships. At Perfection, my fears turned out to be unfounded; I was treated with courtesy and respect throughout the process, the communication was excellent. Our agent spent extra time helping me set up the Bluetooth and other features. I am thrilled with my new Honda, and would recommend Perfection to anyone. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from them.

I've used Perfection Honda to buy new Honda cars (4) and for maintenance. Service is consistently outstanding, sales hassle-free. Customer satisfaction is their goal and they meet that every time. They listen carefully to the customer.

From the friendly email reminders about getting service, to the open invitation for questions, through the appointment, arrival, service wait, and closing, the entire experience was fast, friendly, and convenient. The status during the service checkpoint and the finding of additional work needing to be done, explanation and subsequent authorization and update of wait time, I felt well taken care of. Jed was very friendly, answering all my questions. The whole staff at Perfection Honda walk around with smiles. This indicates a good place to work and presents a good image to customers. The customer wait area is comfortable and pleasant with adequate drink selections. Overall, from the original purchase through subsequent service, I continue to return to this dealership. I have had a Honda for 20 years, from an accord, odyssey, and CRV x 3 now. I have always dealt with Perfection Honda because of the quality of the product, quality of the service, and the quality of the staff. They are the best. I moved from Rio Rancho 3 months ago, but I came back to Perfection Honda to purchase my new CRV. My experience was great. Very friendly and efficient experience.

I had a very good experience with everyone!! Especially my salesman John very nice and helpful. My parents gave me a ride to find a car there and were happy with the service I receive also! I can say this is the first time I had a good experience buying a car. I had good options and ended up with a car I love! Would recommend this place to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a vehicle!!

I just purchased a 2007 Honda Accord on Saturday March...

I just purchased a 2007 Honda Accord on Saturday March 1st, 2014. My sales people were Ben and Billy. Ben and Billy were fantastic. We did all of our paperwork with Danny and the first day on Saturday he was great as well, even thanking us for our business. He was all smiles and eased us into our final paperwork just fine. I went today, Monday March 3rd, 2014 to drop off my final paperwork and Ben and Billy were not around when I arrived. I went to Danny's office to drop it off with him and his attitude was completely different today. I guess he was in the middle of doing his "end of the month" paperwork and was awful to say the least and to put it as nicely as I can put it. He was very grumpy, unresponsive, unprofessional, and just plain right rude as a person can be. I guess I came at the wrong moment and had to deal with the biggest a**hole I have ever had to deal with. I 100% understand that a person has a bad day but to treat somebody that bad who just purchased a $20,000.00 car from you just 2 days before is wrong. I will not be returning ever to Perfection Honda on Academy and will let every single person I know who needs a vehicle in the future that I would not buy a car from that place if there was a trunk full of money in every car. You just let go of 30 years of future business from myself and I am excited to pay my car off even faster just so I don't have to be associated with Perfection Honda again. I love my car and went from excited to enraged about my overall impression of the car buying process because one person couldn't even fake being nice to me for 5 lousy minutes. If it wasn't for Ben and Billy the rating and review would have been as low as I could possibly make it.

We are deeply sorry for this customer’s unpleasant experience with a member of our team. This is highly uncharacteristic of our staff, as we pride ourselves in providing outstanding customer service to each customer we have the privilege of meeting. The staff member mentioned in the complaint is also very apologetic. He doesn’t recall being at all rude..but then again “perception is reality.” Our mission statement here at Perfection is “to create a lifelong relationship with our customers by providing them the best products, service and value in the automotive industry”. Unfortunately we fell short of this with this customer. We have reached out to this customer in an effort to redeem ourselves and regain his trust, and we respect his prerogative not to respond. Mike West has always been our service consultant since we...

Mike West has always been our service consultant since we purchased our 2010 CR-V and 2010 Accord in July of 2010. Mike has always been there for us whenever we need service. He is very professional, efficient, and at the same time friendly and courteous. If you need service for your car, I would definitely recommend Mike and the service department at Perfection Honda. We just had both cars serviced. Good job guys.

I have done business with the company for 10 years. Everybody has treated My wife and Me with great respect as a valued costumer. I have purchased 2 Honda Odyssey's since 2004 and they have provided our family great service. I also recommend to my friends about the service I have received, friendship that has developed, and yes I would purchase another Honda again. If it is not broke don't fix it. thank You for Your time.
