Saw a truck I loved at the CW mall but, not in the color We wanted. AQ sent me to the dealership across the street to see the colors offered. He also told me about promos. Matthew and Jesse were like amazing! Painless process. Had a great selection of colors. Very patient with me. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service, ease of transaction, plus the truck🔥 Highly recommend Jesse and his team at Reliable Nissan CW

This is the absolute worst dealership that I have dealt
This is the absolute worst dealership that I have dealt with in my life! The communication and customer service I received was disgusting! I was given the run around and went down to the dealership 6 x due to them scratching my hood and staining my seats from a detail THEIR dealership did!

Brandon A. Began to go over the bill and stated there is a $19.08 shop fee. That was not mentioned going over paperwork when I arrived and signed the pre-order work sheet. He said it’s standard and it’s never mentioned. He brought over a manager and he said “we never tell the customers about this fee.” He said “it’s for oil”. Our vehicle didn’t need oil. I told him I’m not paying for that. He said “I’ll take it off” and said that’s standard across the nation. I don’t know which nation he is from? But other dealerships we have visited will tell you up front all charges not hide anything. And they don’t make up stories. When we arrived to check on the status of the vehicle, Brandon said “I’m sorry I haven’t had time to call you. I’ve been busy. No excuse for this.

Too slow for oil change and tire rotation.
Too slow for oil change and tire rotation. They were the ones who changed before and couldn't find my tool to remove. They used someone else's. I think they need to replace y tool. They lost it or didn't replace last tire rotation.
