We bought our first Toyota in 1985 from owner Jack Rowe
We bought our first Toyota in 1985 from owner Jack Rowe himself. Back when Precision Toyota was on Speedway Road. We have purchased all of our Toyotas since then ONLY from Precision Toyota. That is funny as we used to live at Kolb/29th Street. We could almost throw a baseball to the other Tucson Toyota dealership. Reputation, experience, quality, and honesty do matter. Our vehicles have been with the Costco program in the past. Our 02/25/2025 Camry hybrid purchase was not under the Costco program but Precision Toyota and our sales person Kristen Leone granted us the Costco savings in our purchase. We have never had a salesperson as fun, dedicated, honest, and as hard, hard, hard working as Kristen Leone. How many hours do you have to hear about Kristen Leone and our working relationship with her? She answered any and all questions immediately. She would call us on her days off if we left a message or an email. I believe 10,000% that a person's days off should be protected. She filmed 2 videos for us during our purchase. The first was asking if we wanted to come in to see our new Camry. She had our Camry in the video. It had arrived a few days early. She filmed another later that afternoon after we went home with our new Camry. She checked thoroughly with Precision mechanics on several questions we had about the possible break-in period and parking assist camera capability. She said she would always be there for us. She was our salesperson well after our sale. Even seven years from now if we ever had questions or wanted assistance. She is so personable. She is down to earth. You can tell you have hit an incredible jackpot with her as your salesperson about 4 minutes after you meet her. My husband worked with her researching a RAV4 in November 2024. He was so impressed he saved her business card. When I was going to Precision he recommended her. I called and she made an appointment immediately for me. I met with her and I bought the Camry that day - within 1 - 1/2 hours. Speaking with her she loves and respects working for Precision Toyota. Funny actually one day I called for question. It was on her day off. She was a Precision completing paperwork as she had been selected for an award.!! Imagine my surprise.

The service advisor, Ruben E., was nice to work with. The showroom and service area waiting facilities were amazing. The service waiting area conveniences made me want to break something else on my car so I could come back and hang out. The service technician made some adjustments and thought the problem was solved, but only time would tell. In the process of addressing the situation, I think he made some assumptions that may not have been accurate. We'll see.

After 30 days, the issue has only resurfaced twice, both within the first few days of the service. I believe the technician may have solved the problem. I'm still happy and can still report a positive experience with Precision Toyota.
