Had a very good buying experience. Visited the dealership 3 times and finally picked the vehicle we wanted. Pricing was not as usual and I purchased the vehicle for the price that was reasonable according to several buyers guides. Everyone in the dealership was very helpful and all seemed to really enjoy their jobs at Crews.

Great service. Very friendly staff that takes the time to understand what you need and keeps you informed on the progress of the job and check with you before doing anything beyond what you came in for.

Just bought our first Subaru. Our sales person was great. Attentive and knowledgeable. Overall, very satisfied with the whole experience.

When I entered the service department I was ignored so I
When I entered the service department I was ignored so I walked around until Sierra noticed me and directed me to the right area (very helpful employee). She sent me over to David March. From my first interaction with him he acted as if he was too busy to be bothered. He asked if I had a maintenance plan and when I told him I didn't know if I did (I have a 2024 vehicle so I haven't needed much service yet) and could he look it up to see if I did?? He told me "If you don't know if you have one you probably don't". He then proceeded to discuss me needing to leave my car there even though I had a scheduled appointment (something else he acted surprised about and did not look up). He told me my vehicle would be ready within an hour so I left and planned to come back later that afternoon. After about 2 hours I called to check and was told by the person on the phone "they had no idea if my vehicle was ready and they would have someone return my call". No one did, so after 2.5 hours I headed back to the dealership. When David saw me he mentioned that I had been gone a long time, forgot my name, forgot all about what car I had, and couldn't find my keys. He left for 10 minutes to go look for my vehicle but when he came back did not address me standing at his desk or let me know an update. In fact, he acted like I was bothering him standing there at all. After fumbling around he asked me once again what vehicle I had then proclaimed it must not be ready yet and he could "call me" when it was done. I told him that I was dropped off as it had been well over 2 hours when he told me one hour to be back. A service tech then walked up with my keys and then David told me he couldn't check me out because someone was before me. Meanwhile I had been standing at his desk for over 15 minutes now and no one else was there. After fumbling around again he decided it was indeed my turn to be checked out and he told me the total amount I owed. He never explained what was done to my car or why I was to pay that amount. I was only handed a bill. Then he told me to have a good day, and didn't even let me know where my car was. All of this occurred when THERE WERE NO OTHER PEOPLE WAITING the entire time I was there. At drop off there were also no other people waiting. This was a horrible experience at your service department with someone who acted like he could not be bothered to do his job. This is not what I expected at all as new Subaru owner and certainly not at all the experience I had buying a vehicle at your dealership. Top notch dealership from salesman to accounting. This was my second new car purchase from Crews Subaru in the last 5 years. I was not disappointed. Same friendly and efficient service as the first purchase. Also had all my maintenance done in their service department and will continue to so with my new 2025 Forester.
