Low pressure and professional
I have always had my Cadillac serviced at Coulter and have been impressed with the service. This time I purchased my new Cadillac from them and was equally impressed with the low pressure but professional sales staff. I drove out in record time with my new car. They were more informed than most dealers when it came to the car itself. They helped set up the various systems and connections.

The professionalism of everyone involved in the process was nothing short of a "first class" experience! The attention to details and the awesome customer service is refreshing! No Pressure
We recently shopped for a small SUV from Coulter Tempe. The salesman, Frank Graham, was friendly and helpful and absolutely made us feel like he wanted to find just the right fit for our needs. We looked at used and new GMCs, Buicks and Cadillacs, ultimately settling on a "manager's special" Cadillac SRX. They were fair in negotiating and never insisted on pushing additional warranties or extras on us. Best buying experience we've ever had.

BEWARE!!!
I bought a 2015 GMC Sierra truck with only 50 miles on it. After only having it for 2 weeks and with only 700 miles on it, I noticed that there was a loud "popping" noise every time I turned to the right and the motor had a loud "ticking" noise when it is idling, it is louder than my 2004 Chevy truck. I took it to the dealership and they kept my truck overnight and said it would be ready to pick up the next day. They did not even have a rental car available for me to use meanwhile. The next day came around and they called and spoke to my husband and informed him that they would be replacing the "steering gear". My husband is a GM and ford mechanic for the city of Tempe for five years and knew exactly what they were talking about, and asked if they would be replacing the "rack and pinion" and he stated yes. This part is the whole steering system of the chasse. They stated that the truck would be fixed and ready for pick up by the end of the day. I had to call them at 5:30pm to check on the truck. After being placed on hold I was informed that it still was not ready, that the "parts came in late", no one even called to let me know. My husband asked to speak to a manager as this is a very major part on a vehicle and it is already broken. When he spoke to the manager he expressed our concerns with just having spent $35,000 on a brand new truck that is already needing to be worked on. When my husband contacted the manager in service he informed him that we did not feel comfortable keeping this truck as it already has a major part that is broken on it. The manager asked if we were looking to trade it in and we said yes. Then we were directed to the sales manager who instantly began raising his voice and stated that we signed a contract that we can not return it and there was nothing he could do that we needed to contact the bank that we got the loan through. My husband informed him that that was a lie there has to be a way to fix this issue and he began raising his voice. His behavior was very rude and unprofessional! 35,000 may not be a lot to a dealership but it is for those of us who work hard for our money!

It doesn't get easier than this!
Leased a new 2016 Buick Encore at Coulter. Frank was really friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, honest, and - best of all - helpful!! We had previously purchased a Cadillac from Coulter quite a few years ago and - this month when we decided to lease a new Encore - we went to visit Coulter first because of past great experience there. Happily, customer service is as good as ever. Frank got us into exactly the model we wanted: carbon black with saddle leather interior. Given this is so late in the model year, and given how fast the saddle leather disappears from dealer lots, this was quite a feat! If you doubt what I say, go online and see if you can find one! (SPOILER: You won't.) Everything went so well, and the deal was so attractive, that we never wound up visiting any other Buick dealer.

Professional, knowledgeable and Friendly...
Great experience from initial contact by email and telephone to driving my new Yukon XL off the lot. I knew the car I wanted to purchase and my sales consultant Joe Statile and the sales manager Randy Watson worked efficiently to make it a great buying experience. Joe Statile was knowledgeable and did a great job going over all the features and electronic features of the car and patiently answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend Coulter Motor group to friends and family.

They came through in style
we were looking for a car for my daughter, nothing special just a good quality used vehicle. Found several at Coulter and the team there delivered. They treated my daughter with the same courtesy and attention as if she was buying a new Cadillac.
