April 2025; It was a pleasure dealing with Zach! I had called multiple dealerships looking for a specific thing and I got so many bizarre answers ranging from, “Cars are high because of the tariffs and cars are flying off the lots”. When the truth is cars aren’t selling because the interest rates are so high and prices are high. When I called Zack‘s dealership and spoke to him, I didn’t get any of that, he even knew that Jeeps are made in The US and there are no tariffs on them. He didn’t try and deceive or manipulate. He just tried to be helpful. I didn’t feel pressured, and it was a pleasant experience. No, I know they say that real estate agents and car sales people are about the same and I’m a sell real estate so I know they’re not all the same and dealing with Zach is the kind of person you want to help you, someone who’s knowledge and not gonna push anything on you but try to help you get what you want. We also think we got a great deal.

They offered me the best value for my trade, beating out other offers without any runaround. Overpriced services, lied to my daughter kept changing
Overpriced services, lied to my daughter kept changing price. Customer service rude. Worst place ever. Charge 220$ for everything you ask them to check. Outrageous. We had 3 problems, $680 just to check it out. Not fix or labor. They argued and wouldn't give our keys back. Insane! Rip off don't use the service department.

Your daughter was the person who handled all aspects of the vehicle during this transaction. She agreed to have her vehicle examined, was the primary point of contact for all communications, and fully consented to the proposed plan of execution. We understand that sometimes miscommunications can occur, but we did follow the proper steps to ensure everything was addressed. Additionally, before your departure, we all reached an agreement that your daughter, wife, and you felt was fair regarding the services rendered. The decisions were made with mutual understanding, and we all agreed the outcome was fair to all parties involved. Once again, we apologize if there has been any confusion or if you feel upset with the decisions made by your daughter during the service process. Brandan patiently guided me through set up and demonstrated a few other things that will really enhance my Rubicon experience. Needless to say we got a great price thanks to Brandan and Colton, the sales manager. I didn’t need financing, but Richard was stellar when it came to the actual purchase. Highly recommended!
