Brittany provided professional, accurate and friendly

Brittany provided professional, accurate and friendly attention to my lease end transaction. I enjoyed conducting business with her and her associates. I will be happy to recommend her to any of my friends. She even had my dirty Wrangler washed prior to my leaving. Good deal!

April 2025; It was a pleasure dealing with Zach!

April 2025; It was a pleasure dealing with Zach! I had called multiple dealerships looking for a specific thing and I got so many bizarre answers ranging from, “Cars are high because of the tariffs and cars are flying off the lots”. When the truth is cars aren’t selling because the interest rates are so high and prices are high. When I called Zack‘s dealership and spoke to him, I didn’t get any of that, he even knew that Jeeps are made in The US and there are no tariffs on them. He didn’t try and deceive or manipulate. He just tried to be helpful. I didn’t feel pressured, and it was a pleasant experience. No, I know they say that real estate agents and car sales people are about the same and I’m a sell real estate so I know they’re not all the same and dealing with Zach is the kind of person you want to help you, someone who’s knowledge and not gonna push anything on you but try to help you get what you want. We also think we got a great deal.

Had a fantastic experience working with Julian, Christian, and Bilal- true professionals who made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Their flexibility and willingness to work around my schedule stood out, and I really appreciated that this dealership does business even on Sundays. They offered me the best value for my trade, beating out other offers without any runaround. Unlike other dealerships that drag out the process, these guys won't waste your time- straight to the point, fair, and transparent. If you're looking for a dealership that values your time and money, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Overpriced services, lied to my daughter kept changing

Overpriced services, lied to my daughter kept changing price. Customer service rude. Worst place ever. Charge 220$ for everything you ask them to check. Outrageous. We had 3 problems, $680 just to check it out. Not fix or labor. They argued and wouldn't give our keys back. Insane! Rip off don't use the service department.

Brandan Moriarty delivered the kind of car-buying experience you want: professional, friendly and honest. This is the third Jeep I’ve bought from Earnhardt (thank you Rudy Estrada for bringing me into the Earnhardt fold) so I had to get up to speed on the new technology. Brandan patiently guided me through set up and demonstrated a few other things that will really enhance my Rubicon experience. Needless to say we got a great price thanks to Brandan and Colton, the sales manager. I didn’t need financing, but Richard was stellar when it came to the actual purchase. Highly recommended!
