Lititz Motorcar

When we went to look at the car, Eric the salesman told us the battery may be weak & if need be they would replace it. We proceeded to test drive and eventually purchase the car. The next morning I attempted to start the car and no luck, had to jump start it. After work I called Eric at the dealership and told him my predicament and he says that he gave me such a "good deal" on the car and that they made no money off the car, that they couldn't do anything for me. Now I understand that the car was sold "as is" but you would think that if a potential problem was identified before we even thought of purchasing, that the dealer would do the right thing. Guess not.

We drove 3 hrs to see this vehicle and it had some damage that I couldn't see in the pics. The dealership was small and the salesmen were tied up for awhile, but they were attentive and gave us a quick , honest appraisal of our trade in and they didn't hold us hostage trying to make a sale. Although we didn't buy, we felt like we could have if the pieces would have fallen into place.

Car buying process with this dealer went east and quick. Overall I'm satisfied.
